"I'm well aware." As if he could forget Thor's way of doing things. For now though, if he was going to go walking around. "Just remember not to let anyone touch you." Loki playfully teased. "You're mine." The brief kiss he pressed into before they split off soon after. Heading up, he came out on the party floor and started looking around. Tony almost did a double take when he saw him, not expecting to see him there and, well, not expecting to see him in that outfit.
"Guests of honor are usually supposed to arrive on time and be surprised by everyone."
"If it were a surprise you failed spectacularly by announcing it last night." Loki drawled, glancing at Tony who snorted lightly.
"Yeah, alright, I give you that." There was some appreciation when he looked him over, not hiding it. "Looking good, fitting in. Are those Saint Laurent?" Tony raised his brows, knowing they were around 3k and on his dime. Damn, Loki had expensive tastes, not that he could really say anything considering some of the stuff he wore. He wasn't really bothered by it either.
The god smirked at him. "There is something to be said about these tight fitting clothes you Midguardians favor." There was certainly something incredibly enticing about the mischievous look in the darkly dressed God of Mischief's eyes, especially when you could clearly see how well built he was.
"Calm down there, Loki, you already got Thor pregnant." Tony teased with a grin. Though honestly if those two weren't entirely wrapped up with each other, he'd be very interested in one or both of them. What could he say? They were very attractive and anyone who didn't think so was an idiot.
The god laughed at that. "Yes, well, it was a rather pleasurable pursuit."
Tony chuckled at that as Pepper came back up the stairs. The decor was mainly blue and green, though Volstagg's table was pink and purple, having learned that those were his favorite colors. None of the lights were going this early so the full effect wasn't on. Loki was seeing that Midguardians used a lot of fake things, like paper balls and such, whereas on Asgard they used flora and natural elements.
"Loki, good afternoon." She greeted with a small smile. She noticed him looking at the paper ball garland and gave a small chuckle. "They're a bit much, aren't they? Baby showers are well known for them. Tony went and bought out the store." An eye roll was given as Tony started to protest.
"I did not! And It was recommended in practically every blog!"
"I see." Loki said. "So this is a product of too much money and not enough restraint."
Pepper laughed and Tony gave a mock offended look. "Excuse you! I throw you a party and this is the thanks I get?"
Turning to him he raised a brow. "You really should've expected it. Look who you're talking to." He smirked.
"You finally have someone who can keep up with your wit. You should be happy." Pepper teased Tony. "I'm going to make sure everything's set everywhere else. Don't kill each other." She said, handing the tablet back before heading off. "Nice to see you, Loki." The god nodded to her before meeting Tony's eyes again in a challenge.

Jarvis responded calmly to Steve, If you have something in mind, Captain, I can order it for you immediately, or you have a few hours until the party to retrieve it yourself, if you wish."
Volstagg raised a brow at Steve's suggestion as he returned. "Oh? Has something come up?" It was a bit strange that he brought that up after talking to Jarvis. It was fine if he had something to do for the Avengers. It was his duty, after all. It would be a shame to miss out on the remaining time he had left with him though.
"Have they mated?" The bigger man asked, surprised. He knew it was going to happen soon but of course he didn't know about what'd transpired last night. "About time, really. Matings are more of a private affair. There's ceremonies for it though. I'm betting when it's time they'll have their marriage ceremony. For now a feast would be fine. If you really wanted too get them something though, then something useful. For them or the babes." Loki would be more hard to please so he didn't suggest and individual gift.
Putting his hand on top of Steve's, he replied, "Of course not, but I did, so eat and enjoy it." He squeezed his hand.
"Pardon me, but Prince Thor is requesting your company, Sir Volstagg."
"I suppose that's good timing then with whatever it is you have to do." He said. "Tell him after breakfast. He's not going to want to smell this, trust me!" He chuckled and started eating.
--
"Sir Volstagg replies that he is free after breakfast. He is eating with Captain Rogers and informs me that you would not appreciate the smell of the food right now." Jarvis informed Thor. "And although all I can do is speculate, you have been raised to take the place of King, Prince Thor. Based upon the previous actions I've been privy to, you would do a far better job, especially with Prince Loki at your side. All parents fear losing their children just as all mates fear losing their mates. It is something everyone must live with and overcome. If it is of any comfort, I believe you will make a great mother." The AI reassured.
