Ike nods, " yeah, we've done a lot of working out today so im starving." he chuckles and makes sure he's presentable before heading out of the barn.

Link and tergo wave to each other before Link follows after Ike. He makes a quick stop at the house to say good bye to May and the kids before heading back to castle town

Ike waits for him before heading back to castle town, " so, get some chow from the mess hall or get stuff from town?"

[MissyLooni]

"Mess hall is fine. Greater chance of us running into the others that way."

[Namari]

Ike snorts, " slightly. Sothe isn;t going to stick around to eat there though, and Soren... well him eating is kind of iffy, depends on what he's got going." he heads for the castle though, food being food so he didn;t mind.

[MissyLooni]

Link shrugs, keeping silent now that they are in the castle and other people walk freely about

Ike leads the way to the castle and to the mess hall, filling a tray and waiting for Link to do the same.

Link grabs more food than he had that morning, still avoiding the meat though before going over to ike

Ike smiles, " well at least you're eating again. shall we find someplace quieter? im not seeing Sothe or Soren."

Link ignores the fact that he can see iida staring at him from across the mess hall and balancing his tray with one hand he uses his other to grab ike's sleeve, gently pulling him out of the room and towards links usual hide out

Ike chuckles and lets himself be pulled, " i'll take that as a yes. you can let go, i'll follow. don;t dump your tray now, that's a waste of good food." he follows after the other up to their usual spot and sits, starting to dig in.

Link sits down and sighs softly before taking pieces of his fruit and eating it. He looks out at the open field and he smiles seeing most of their land reclaimed.

Ike soon polishes off his plate full of food and sets the tray aside, " ah... gotta love food. and eating outdoors somehow is always better."

[MissyLooni]

Link finishes his food and smiles,  "cooking food outdoors is even better. "

Ike chuckles, " well i can't really say i agree, but then most of my outdoor cooking experience was when we were out on a mission or during war. makes finding food to cook a little more difficult."
