Ike snores softly on the bed, knocked out for the time being.

Sheik is awake however, staring out the window silently.

Lana enters the room and smiles, "oh good you're up!" She goes over to sheiks bed and plops down on a nearby stool, "my name is lana. How ya feeling?"

[Namari]

Sheik looks over, " well if im being honest, like i got run over by a horse. But cracked ribs tend to do that." he frowns as he looks around the room, " looks like most of the others have already gone on their way."

[MissyLooni]

Lana gives him a sympathetic smile before hovering her hand over his chest, "not sure where the thief went but i know soren, the boy with the long hair, is off in the library with Link."

[Namari]

Sheik nods, " ah. The Hero and the princess are alright?" just because the princess seemed to dislike him didn;t mean he wouldn't still do his duty and protect her. that was what he was born to do after all.

[MissyLooni]

Lana clicks her tongue softly as she considers what to say, her magic slowly healing sheik, "ahhh yes. The princes is perfectly fine albeit her triforce was taken..."

Sheik sighs, " i failed in my duty then. i will have to apologize for my incompetence when i next see her highness."

[MissyLooni]

Lana shrugs, "dont feel too bad. Link got his taken too."

[Namari]

Sheiks eyes go wide, " The hero as well?! by the goddess...that is horrible news." he covers his face with a hand, " and here i am, injured and unable to fight. can i be any more useless?"

[MissyLooni]

"Buh- but dont worry!! We just need to get the master sword! Once link has that then we will be able to stop ganon!"

[Namari]

Sheik puts his face into both hands, " please stop. just...please."

[MissyLooni]

Lana blinks and frowns, "why are you so upset?  We'll win! You just cant give up hope!"

[Namari]

Sheik rubs his temples, " i will fight my hardest, i will give my life if need be. but this is... a lot to take in. It was easier before, battle was imminent therefore i knew my directive. but now? too much time to think, and many things going very badly wrong it seems..."

[MissyLooni]

Lana shrugs,  "at least we GOT link back. "

[Namari]

Sheik lifts his head just enough to look at Lana, " you sounds as if you are attempting to comfort me and boost my moral, and yet everything you say has the opposite effect. Could you simply stop, please?"
