Link watches the sun rise slowly and he listens to the birds sing as epona took her time down the path. "So much nicer out here than in the walls..."

Lana scratches the back of her head as she goes through the paperwork,  "the goddesses... did not create me for this..."

Soren frowns as he walks to the mess hall for food. The corridors were filled with concerned whispers of workers and guards. "What on earth is going on around here...."

Impa collects many jars of elixirs that would help her to avoid the need for sleep, and starts back towards the castle with her cargo.

Ghirahim shrugs, " yeah, i guess so. kind of bright..."

Link smiles at ghirahim, "it's always this bright. Maybe it gets a little cloudy now and then. "

Soren sits down with his food and glances around as he eats, 'everyone seems restless and upset over something.... i should talk to ike when i see him...'

Ghirahim makes a face, " annoying."

Ike wakes and sighs, remembering he's now the general of the army, " fuck..."

Aiden stretches briefly before yawning and curling against ike.

Soren finishes eating and heads back to his room.

Link shrugs, "you get used to it..."
They soon get to the farm and link looks at ghirahim, "that house right there is it. Can you help me down?"

Ike smiles down at Aiden and kisses his forehead before gently pulling away, making sure Aiden is tucked in before getting up and getting ready. he heads out to the training grounds.

Ghirahim blinks and nods, lifting Link down near the door.

Link gets steady on his feet before knocking on the door, May! Guess who!"

The door swings open and links blinks when he sees tergo instead, "te-tergo? What are- shouldnt you be at the stall?"

The large man smiles and crosses his arms, "i had a feeling you'd be coming home so i decided to take a few of those days that i had been talking about! May is out back hanging the laundry."

Link blinks and frowns, "you.... had a feeling...?"

Tergo shrugs, "yeah cant really explain it. Some weird things had been happening the past few days. Couple of nights ago i was out getting the meat ready in the field when i saw a wolf staring at me from the tree line. Figured it smelled what i was chopping up so i bent down to grab a chunk for it and when i looked back up it was gone. Next thing i knew i had the weirdest urge to fix up the old barn we use to store some tools."

Link raises an eyebrow, "what?"

Tergo nods, "swear to goddesses its true. The loft above it has been swept clean and we put a couple of beds up there. Makes a fine room if you dont mind the lack of bathroom. Figured you'll only be sleeping in there and our house is always open for ya." He looks at ghirahim and nods, "i know you used to be on the other side but, you did get link out. I'm grateful for that. And if the kid seems to trust you then so do i."

Ghirahim blinks, " uh, okay?" he rubs the back of his neck, clearly uncomfortable. " um, thank you for letting us stay i guess?"

Link swallows nervously and nods, "well uh thank you. I came here hoping to train. Something bad is going to happen soon and i need to put on weight and get better at fighting."

Tergo nods at ghirahim before looking at link, "are you sure you want me to train you kid? You know i'm not going to go easy on you."

Link nods, "i know you won't go easy on me. Thats why i came to you. I'll get a fighting chance to keep hyrule safe with you."

Tergo sighs and  scratches his head, "alright. I'll let you guys get settled first. Link, show your friend around a bit if you'd like and i'll meet you at the training ground in a bit then?"

Link nods and smiles, "thanks tergo." He looks at ghirahim, "here, let me show you around."

Ghirahim blinks and looks at Link, " i don;t think it's a good idea for you to get to training right away... you couldn't even walk here." he frowns and follows him.

Link walks down the farm path and shakes his head, "whether i want to or not, i have to. Tergo will start off light, as always, but it'll get harder. I either do this or we all end up dead and you end up back in ganons hands."

Ghirahim flinches, " don;t worry about me... i'll be alright." he knew if they did lose and the power that kept him separated from Ganon failed, he'd be back at his masters mercy, which would not be pleasant. He new he'd likely wish he'd have died long before he was finished. But he wouldn;t say that, and he'd try not to think about it.

Link frowns and shakes his head, "you came here because of what i told you. I.... of course i'm going to worry about you. I cant fail you and i cant fail hyrule. Not again "

Ghirahim looks away, " yeah well it was my own choice... so don;t worry about me."

Link frowns,  "easier said than done. Anyway, " they reach a large barn and link pushes the doors open. Its huge and the lower area has a tractor and a few other tools up against the right wall. To the left is a ladder that leads up to a loft like area with sturdy floor boards that are cleaned up, two queen sized beds on either side with a night table in between them and a large window. Link heads up the ladder and looks at the beds, "we uh... you think we can push them together to make one large bed?"
