Tergo starts training link,  continuously kicking his ass but not letting link have a moment to recover.

[Namari]

Ghraihim winces as he watches, feeling bad for Link.

[MissyLooni]

A few hours into training,  Link hits the ground hard enough to cause the air in his lungs to get knocked out of him.

Tergo huffs and goes to slam his sword down on link.

At the last second link shoves himself to the side to avoid getting hit.  He pushes himself up,  gasping for air as he watches tergo.

Ghirahim tenses and was about to intervene when he sees Link move aside, then sits tense on the branch watching.

Tergo digs his sword in to the ground and huffs, "you have yet to land a hit on me. I hope you know that."

Link snarls softly as his knees shake, "ive never been able to land a hit on you. I'm not sure anyone has honestly."

Tergo raises his eyebrow and hums softly, "you done or do you wanna keep going?"

"Do i look done to you?"

"Well if we're still being honest, you look overcooked."

Link barks out a laugh, "just a little crispy on the outside. Thats good char."

Ghirahim raises an eyebrow, ' bet i could land a hit...' " i know you guys are weird, but isn;t talking about cooking yourself extra weird?"

[MissyLooni]

Link and tergo stop and look at ghirahim.

Link rubs the back of his head and shrugs, "yeah some people would give us weird looks but its... its kinda like an inside joke? A little? Tergo and I cook skewers a lot and so we have a lot of jokes about meat."

Ghirahim snorts softly, " well unless you're giving out free samples i'll pass."

[MissyLooni]

Link smiles, "i think tergo always has some skewers cooking if you wanted to try some!"

Ghirahim chuckles, " not what i meant but sure why not."

[MissyLooni]

Link blinks and turns a little red, "ah... i see." Link clears his throat and goes back to tergo and training

Ghirahim chuckles and shakes his head, going back to watching.

The sun starts to lower in the sky as they continue to train. Eventually tergo calls it quits for the day when link is no longer able to stay on his feet. He mutters something about hearing it from May but doesnt dwindle on that sentence for too long before he grabs the exhausted hero by the back of his shirt and gently tosses him over his shoulder. He sighs and glances at ghirahim, "sorry training went on for a while. Yer musta been bored."

Ghirahim shrugs, " more entertaining than the inside of a room all day."

Tergo tosses his sword to the side before glancing at ghirahim, "Kids have probably settled down a bit if you wanna come inside for some dinner."
