Ghirahim frowns, " you didn;t ask, i offered. im sure i can ask the princess for ways to earn more... if nothing else i guess i'd be really efficient at transporting stuff." he grabs Calebs hand and puts the pouch into it, " i want you to have the things you need..."


Ike shrugs, " well i wouldn;t be surprised. it's probably less common after a few decades after the previous Link wins, then it probably only pops up a few dozen times each generation until the right time or something. i dunno."

Calebs eyes widen as he stares at the money in his hands. His eyes start to water and he bites his lower lip as he chokes back a sob, "oh... oh wow..." he clutches the pouch tightly before wrapping both arms around ghirahim tightly, sniffling, "thank you! I- i dont know how i could ever repay you!"

Link shrugs, "i suppose its kinda hard to figure that stuff out when its just yourself looking..."

Ghirahim tenses up and his eyes widen when the other hugs him, " i, um, you don't have to? im uh, glad you're happy?"

Ike nods, " yeah. maybe we should see if there's someone who keeps records of this stuff. just for shits and giggles."

Caleb sniffles and tries to get on his tippy toes to reach ghirahim's height,  "come down here. "

Link looks at one and nods,  "i... suppose that wouldnt be a bad idea.  It certainly would help keep my mind busy..."

Ghirahim blinks, confused. He hesitates before leaning over, to get closer, " like this?"

Ike nods, " yeah, that'd be interesting. maybe one of the past heros kept a journal or something too, im sure that would have some insight into their thoughts. which would also reveal any insecurities they had."

Caleb closes the gap between them and gently placed his lips against ghirahim's. It was a small, shakey kiss but caleb had become so emotional in that sudden moment that all he could think about doing is kissing the other man.

Link's legs shift as he pivots his body to be closer to ike, "a journal would be so incredible! I would love to know what the other heroes questioned or how they acted since the history books only really talk about the Hero of Time."

Ghirahim jerks back a bit, taken by surprise. But he quickly closes the gap again, closing his eyes and wrapping his arms around Caleb.


Ike nods, " we'll certainly see if we can find one. is there... i dunno, like a museum to previous heros artifacts somewhere? some people are weird, they keep important peoples stuff so people can be like, 'ooooh, the hero ate out of that bowl...' and whatnot. or maybe their house is someplace? other libraries we can check...im just spitballing ideas of the most likely places."

Link looks down and shrugs, "im not sure. The only information I know to exist is the books in the library. Although.... they may mention where the heroes have lived. Well, except for the twilight hero. He lived back in ordon where i grew up. Dont really wanna go back there..."

Caleb shudders and continues kissing ghirahim for a bit before pullung away, his face a deep crimson red, "i uh... im sorry... i did that so suddenly and without asking if its okay... im so sorry... "

Ike nods, " understandable. perhaps i can make a trip out there and look around, see what i can find. ah, but im needed here as well... Sothe perhaps, he'd be better at finding that sort of thing anyway." he rubs his chin thoughtfully.

Ghirahim shakes his head, " no... i was... surprised, but i don't mind..."

Link shakes his head, "its fine. If its the same hero that helped out on the battlefield then maybe its best we dont look at his stuff. Apparently he was an asshole."

Caleb blinks before making a shy smile and looking down, "oh good.. i thought... i did something wrong..." his heart raced in his chest and he felt light headed from the sudden giddy feeling he felt in his chest, "i uh... can i kiss you some more? It felt really nice!"

Ike shrugs, " well it's our best lead at the moment. even if he is an asshole he's the most recent, so his stuff is the most likely to be in good shape. I'll talk to Sothe later."

Ghirahim chuckles, " no, you did nothing wrong. and we can, but know my body will probably react if we do. also, probably better not done in the hallway..." he keeps his hold on Caleb and teleports them back to his room, shutting the door.

Link nods and brings his knees back up to his chest, "i wonder if he's still at the farm...." he sighs before notices the shift in the wind, "its gonna rain today. Thats rare..."

Caleb is still red and he sets the pouch down next to his clothes before going back over to ghirahim, "we uh... you... you're pretty tall so uh... maybe sitting on the bed... would be easier for you... maybe."

Ike raises an eyebrow, " who's at the farm? i have no idea what you're talking about."

Ghirahim nods and goes over to the bed, sitting.

Link looks at ike and shrugs, "the twilight hero... he like, just showed up at the farm apparently. I had no idea until it was the day of the battle and i saw this dark wolf come up to me and... i blacked out after that... come to find out that he took control of my body to fight ganon." Link looks back out towards the field, "after i came to i was in the barn with ghirahim with a serious wound... kinda put two and two together after that. He was forced to take the form of a wolf when he was alive so its not that far fetched of an idea. I just dont know why he's not residing in the master sword like the others."

Caleb follows ghirahim and sits down. He was nervous but he wanted to keep kissing the demon lord. Kissing him was very exciting.

Ike blinks, " ah...interesting. well, that'll complicate things. at least we'll have someone to ask about a journal instead of just looking randomly?"

Ghirahim pulls Caleb close, kissing him again.
