Ike chuckles, " sure why not. Though i think the girls are liking me over here, i bet i can boost your sales if i do some training nearby."

Tergo hands Ike some skewers and laughs, "Oh you most certainly dont have to. Link here has already made me my average income for the day so anything after this is a surplus."

Ike takes them, " i came out here looking for training, if you want to make extra i'd be glad to. anyway i'll admit my skills aren;t as sharp as they once were, so the extra training can;t go wrong. For someone who's apparently done so much for that kid, i'd be glad to make sure to draw you a crowd to sell all your product and then some."

Tergo snorts before giving a big hearty laugh, "Alright then son why dont you go make me some money!"

Ike quickly munches the skewers he'd been given and decides to take his shirt off for more female appeal, pulling his blade out and starting to show off his moves. Soon a fair crowd has gathered and Ike challenges them, some stepping up to spar against him, drawing even more of a crowd.

Tergo chuckles and shakes his head, "What a weird guy."

From the sounds of the crowd Link begins to stir and he slowly raises his head, eyes squinting, "Wha...?"

Tergo looks over and smiles, "Good to see ya up kiddo. Want some endura carrots?"

Link can't take his eyes off Ike, "What.... is he doing?"

"Making me money." Tergo reaches underneath the table where he has a basket of vegetables and pulls out some carrots, holding them out to link, "Here. eat these up and get ready for the day. From the sounds of it you were supposed to be teaching him the back slice."

Links eyes widen and he turns pale when he remembers. He grabs the carrots and quickly starts munching on them.

Tergo grabs a few more skewers and hands them to Link.

Link grabs them as well and starts stuffing his face.

Ike enjoys beating each challenger, making sure not to hurt anyone. After a few matches he glances over to see Link up, " hey! glad to see you awake." He waves off the next person trying to start a fight, " how you feeling?"

Link blushes in embarrassment and he leaves the stall and goes over to Ike, taking his hand, "I'm so sorry that I have been asleep! I'm up and ready now whenever you are."

Ike shakes his head, " no, im sorry i wasn;t able to help more. I consider you part of my team, and i want you to be able to come to me with things like this when you need something. im sorry i failed you in this. Take your time, if you're not ready yet i can kick some more of these guys butts. they seem to be enjoying it. Probably ought to be sending any of these guys that are halfway decent to Impa."

Link blinks in confusion, "what do you mean? You have been helping me just fine? You havent failed at anything."

Ike crosses his arms, " if you feel like you have to come out here to someone else just to get a little sleep then im failing as a commander to take care of you as one of my men."

Links eyes widen slightly and he turns pale, grabbing for Ikes hand again, "This..... has nothing to do with my capture I assure you. This is something that is much more ingrained in me since I was a kid. It's nothing you need to feel responsible for. And of course I would go to Tergo about it. He's like a fa-" Link's fingertips twitch and he sighs as he decides to just drop it, "I'm sorry sir." Link presses down a little harder as he spells out the word sir.

Ike sighs and snatches his hand away at the end, " don;t start that sort of thing with me. He filled me in on minimal details, i understand you view him as family. But you could have spoken to me about your concerns last night when i noticed you didn;t want to sleep instead of bullshitting me."

Link huffs when Ike takes his hand away and he glares at Ike.

Tergo watches link and sighs, "I swear that boy sometimes....Link!"

Link blinks and looks over at Tergo.

Tergo shakes his head, "You two seem to need a more private area if you're gonna teach him the back slice. Why dont you take him to the farm. I made sure to keep our little training area cleaned up."

Link raises an eyebrow before looking over at ike.

Ike blinks and looks over, blushing slightly when he realizes they were arguing in front of the crowd, " alright, shows over! off with you. maybe i'll put on a show another day." he grabs his shirt and pulls it back on, " well, lead the way i guess."
