Link sighs, "i doubt you will ever meet him. I hope. It took me a week to get my stupid butt out here when i left so id say we live too far for him to ever come out here. I also dont think theres anything that he would want out here to just make the trip. Frankly i hope he thinks I'm dead and forgets about me entirely."

Ike nods slowly, " very well. we can hope. though if for some reason he does make his way here, you have nothing to worry about. sounds like between me and Tergo he'll be dead a few times over."

"You dont have to... i mean, i appreciate it, dont get me wrong but...as stupid as it sounds a part of me just wants to forgive him. Its been five years so he has to have changed by now right? Be a better person and all that?"

Ike snorts, " i highly doubt it. regretfully people like that changing so drastically is a rare occurrence."

Link frowns and looks down, "ah.... i suppose you're right."

[Namari]

Ike sighs, " i mean, maybe? but i've known a lot of people who never changed their ways. i just don;t see it happening, sorry." he rubs the others back, " but better to have it happen and it be a pleasant surprise than to hope for it and be disappointed right?"

Link nods, "yeah... logically i know you're right. It wont happen...more than likely... i guess i was just really hoping to get an apology from him. To know that at least at some point he... felt guilty." Links eyes water and he quickly rubs his face.

Ike grins, " if it makes you feel better he probably won;t be guilty, but he'll sure as hell regret laying a hand on you if Tergo and I ever see him. We might even be able to wring an apology from his sorry hide."

Link snorts and playfully shoves at ike, "if you honestly can get an apology out of that asshole then I'll have to give you the biggest thank you present i can get my hands on."

Ike snickers, " well if it makes us stop beating the shit out of him he might just apologize. I'll hold you to it." he winks, " now remember, i like them young and with a more slender figure..."

Link blinks, "like what young and sle-" link quickly closes his mouth and his eyes widen, his entire face turning bright red

Ike bursts out laughing when Link finally gets it and slaps him on the shoulder, " im giving you shit. come on, you want to go see how your old man Tergo is doing before we head back to the castle?"

Link nods and gets up, still more red than he would like,  "sure"

Ike walks past the house, waving to the woman inside, still chuckling to himself.

Link runs over to may and hugs her, "tell alex and sam that i said hi okay?"

May smiles, "of course dear. Make sure you bring ike over more often. It motivates me to do the dishes more."

Link chuckles and nods before running over to ike, "may says she wants you over more often."
