Ike puts his hand on Links shoulder, " lets at least hear her out."

Impa raises an eyebrow, " that's good news."

Lana sets a map down,  pointing to faron woods, "so the master sword has always been protected and hidden away by the goddesses magic so it would be pretty obvious that it is stronger than mine. I had been testing this theory out by creating random portals to different locations and they all worked. However my last portal i made lead me to a tiny village waaaay way south where it breaks off into faron woods and i cant go any lower. I can successfully go through in to the village but as soon as i make one to faron woods i get nothing! I am pretty sure the master sword is in this area."

Link turns pale and he shudders.

Zelda blinks and studies the map, "there is a fairy fountain where this village ends and where the woods begin. Are you sure its not there fairies power?"

Lana shakes her head, "the fairy would have to be using her powers in order to have any affect. And since we only have one fairy location open in the north there is no way she would be causing interference."

[Namari]

Impa smiles, " well, that sounds promising. two birds with one stone as it were. Link was just expressing a desire to activate more great fairies, as well as an uncertainly about the master sword. I still think it's a good idea to get it as soon a possible to actually be able to harm Ganon and do more damage against his underlings if need be. we can do both at once, assuming it's actually there." She looks closer at the map, " Ordon...oh, isn't that your hometown Link? Im sure we can work some extra time in to visit if you'd like the chance."

Link's body trembles and it takes everything in him to not throw up his breakfast as bile builds in the back of his throat, "Do i have to go?"

Lana blinks and raises her eyebrow, "You're... asking if you have to go... on a mission that involves getting the master sword...."

Link takes a deep breath, blinking a few times to keep his eyes from tearing up, "Or- or maybe you guys go to the village and when you make it through faron woods see if you could make a portal here and I'll come in through there?"

Lana frowns and puts a hand on her hip, "I'm not going to make a portal for us to get to the village and then make a second one for you to get through in to the woods. IF it did work that is. It's a waste of energy."

Impa shakes her head, " i have to agree, without extremely good reason to do otherwise, it only makes sense for us to simply take the portal to the town and proceed from there." She glances at Zelda, " and frankly the sooner we get the master sword the better. i hadn;t wanted to bring this up and lower moral, but with ganon having returned we have nothing that will do much against him without it. We're sitting ducks at the moment, if he chooses to attack at any given point here we'd be sorely pressed to fend him off. Even with the new fighters, you must remember we lost most of our army before...it will take time to train new soldiers."

Zelda nods, "While it is a good idea to go after fairies for added defense it should take second priority to getting the master sword. Lets plan on stocking up supplies as soon as possible so we may head out soon. Luckily we already have a few good men out near that area so we will only need to bring a small amount with us, group up and get information from the ones stationed outside of Ordon before we all begin getting the fairy and searching for the Master Sword."

Lana looks at Zelda and nods, "I had been helping the nurses in the beginning with making potions and we managed to get our usual amount of supplies back up, not to mention we our getting a greenhouse set up and figuring out the best way to replant what we have. We will have more than enough potions to take with us."

Link takes a few steps back before making a mad dash out of the room.

Zelda sees Link run out of the room and she stands up, "Link?!"

Ike listened intently, " i'll get the others up to speed as soon as we're done planning here." though when Link dashes from the room, he jumps a bit, " what in the blazes?! i'll go get him." he runs after the other, barely keeping him in sight.

Link turns a corner and slams right in to soren, causing them both to hit the ground hard.

Soren curses loudly and rubs his head, "what in the blazes?! Who the hell runs in the hallway?!"

Link groans as he pushes himself on to his feet, stumbling slightly as his vision doubles.

Ike quickly reaches them and grabs onto Links arm, " Link! I know you don;t want to get the master sword but what in the world ha gotten into you?"

Link whimpers and tugs away, "i cant go! I cant go back! He'll kill me!"

Soren blinks and sees he ran in to link. He pushes himself up and dusts himself off, "what is he going on about?"

Ike frowns, " who?" he looks at Soren, " im not sure." He pulls Link close, " hey settle down, whatever it is i'll be right there making sure nothing happens to you okay? you're one of my men and one of my friends, i'll fight for your life with my own."

Link chokes back a sob and he hiccups, "o-ordon... my village... i-i dont... wanna see my- my dad. He- he cant know I'm alive."

[Namari]

Ike hisses, " ah, so that's where the bastard lives. we'll take care of you, i promise. i don;t know why you haven;t told Impa or Zelda, but if you want we can just cover you up and hurry through to avoid seeing him."

Link shudders as he takes a deep breath, "i dont want them mad at me..."

Soren raises an eyebrow, "why on earth would they be mad at you?"

Link frowns and sniffles, "i lied.... on my application and wrote down that i had no family... if i wrote down that i did then my father would have been notified and i- im so afraid of what he will do if he finds out I'm here..."

Soren sighs and shakes his head, "ridiculous. I'm certain if you explain to them the situation that they will understand. You're an adult Link. Your father cant hurt you anymore. Certainly not with us around at any rate."

Ike nods, " i completely agree, they might be confused as to why you lied, but you also didn;t know them at the time. I promise they won;t be angry at you for trying to protect yourself. And Soren is right, we'll all make sure he can;t mess with you, if he tries i swear i'll castrate him. If you want we can go help Tergo out for his sales so he can come with too."
