Ike nods, " he's been rather nervous about this trip. has a bad feeling about it." he grins, " well now, if that's not motivation Link im not sure what is. come on now, daylight is wasting, and the longer we wait the longer we have to wait for those skewers hm?"

Tergo laughs when he feels link nods, "i'll be right here waitin for ya when you come back. Got it?"

Link pulls away and sniffles, nodding furiously. He waves good bye at Tergo before going over to ike.

Ike pats Link on the back, " you ready? lets get going then." he looks over at Impa and nods.

Impa looks at Lana, " the portal if you would."

Lana nods, "the portal will go through to just the entrance of the village to avoid unnecessary attention." She opens her book and holds out her hand, her portal appearing in front of everyone

Ike nods and steps through, followed by Impa and Sothe. Sheik hangs back, sticking by Link as he's been assigned to keep an eye on him.

Link and soren walk through and once everyone else is through, lana steps through before closing the portal.

Soren wrinkles his nose when the smell of mainly farm hits him.

Links eyes stay focused on the entrance of the village, scanning for his father.

Most villagers are in the village, not even realizing they are there

Impa looks over them, glancing towards the village to make sure nobody is within earshot before addressing them, " alright, me Sheik and Link will appear to be escorting Ike's group and Lana. Sheik, you will be guarding Link, however not obviously. Link, since you're not actually a sheikah i don;t expect you to act perfectly as one, try to imitate the way Sheik holds himself and behaves without directly copying him or being obvious that you're doing so. if you even semi act as one of us it shouldn't draw any attention. Ike, i want you at the front with Lana. Soren and Sothe, behind them. Sheik and Link will cover the right side, with Link between the group and Sheik, and i will bring up the left. Are we clear? now move out!" She takes her position.

Ike moves towards the front and heads into the village, Sothe falling in behind him.

Link nods and gets into position, 'at least the fact that i don't talk works to my advantage.'

Soren and lana get into position and everyone starts heading in to the village.

Some villagers take notice to impa, recognizing her before they begin to step back and keep their distance. One girl even dropping her basket of flowers she was holding in shock.

Ike leads the group through the village, taking cues from Impa who walks near him as they make their way through.

Impa looks stern and professional, not bothering to look at the people they pass as she guides Ike and the rest of the group towards the back of the village, and towards the great fairy and the master sword.

Most villagers awkwardly avoid contact with them. Until an old, crippled looking man who is using an oversized stick as a cane waddles close, smiling, "aaaahhhhh if it isnt the General of the Royal Guard. What brings you and your men all the way down here?"

Impa nods to him, " Royal business. we're here to make an offering to the great fairy and restore protection in this region."

[MissyLooni]

the old man strokes his beard and looks towards the southern part of the village, "Ah, good luck to you then. The great fairy has closed her domain off to us making it impossible to access the spring behind her domain and any further south."

[Namari]

Impa looks beyond the old man towards the south of the village, " that will complicate things, however im certain we can manage to get through. thank you for the information."

[MissyLooni]

The old man turns and waves, "I know if anyone can calm her down it's you. However if you find yourself needing any outside help let us know. We'll do what we can."

Link blinks and watches the Chief elder leave, 'Is Mija upset? She's the hardest one of the four fairies to piss off...'

Impa nods, " we will keep that in mind, thank you." she glances towards the rest of the group and jerks her head ever so slightly, Ike getting the message and starting to walk again to try and get them where they needed to go.
