Volga nods and chooses a tea bag for himself before placing it in his cup, "Thats perfectly reasonable. And it makes me happy. I do enjoy your company after all."

Link shudders and uses his free hand to gently pet the baby chick, "ahh..."

Sheik nods, blushing slightly, " im glad you agree. i enjoy your company as well." He mixes a little honey into his tea before taking a sip, and starting on his light meal. " i think the mission is planned for tomorrow, so while we might be able to meet for breakfast, it might be a few days before we can enjoy each others company again after."


Ike grins, just watching, " what did you think of that idea Link? trying to make a meat broth from that smoked meat Tergo makes? does that sound yummy?"

Volga nods, "Its a shame I can not accompany you, however considering only females can go to the village I would never be able to go with."

Link continues to pet the chick, mesmerized by it's soft peeping sounds.

Kira looks at Ike, "I'm sure he'll love it. I hope those banana's work on the kid. It's weird taking care of someone like this when they're this young."

Sheik nods, " indeed, your frame is too obvious. thankfully i am lightly built, so though i am male i can disguise myself."

Ike sighs, " yeah, probably. can;t blame me for hoping it'd get a reaction though. glad he's into the chick. i'll be back, i had a few of those skewers in the cold room, i'll see if i can make a broth or get someone to do it for me. he ought to be happy with the bird for awhile." he stands up and sets the basket aside. He heads to the kitchen and grabs the skewers, grabbing a pot and filling it with some water before tossing the meat in there to heat awhile.

Volga sighs and looks down, "Hopefully everything goes well and everyone will return safely and soon."

Soren goes to the mess hall and grabs himself some food along with more watermelon.

Zelda yawns and stretches in her bed, "MMMmmmm... Sothe?"

Sheik nods, " indeed." he keeps eating.

Sothe looks over, having been sharpening his knives, " yes?"

Zelda pushes herself up and sighs, "I'm sorry to bother you but can you assist me to the mess hall? I'm hungry..."

Sothe chuckles, " or i can just go get you some food. hold on, i'll be back." he places a kiss onto her forehead before hurrying from the room. he fills a tray at a mess hall with fruits and other things she likes, also adding a bowl of a creamy chicken soup, and a few things for himself before hurrying back, " here we are..."

Zelda smiles at Sothe and blushes, "Thank you~"

Sothe snorts, " you're keeping the kingdom safe, least i can do is feed you."


Ike soon has something somewhat resembling broth, taking some of it for now and leaving the rest to cook more to make more of it. He takes the cup back to the room and sits next to Link, " hey, i have some broth from Tergo's smoked meat, wanna give it a try?" he waves it under Links nose to get him the scent.

Links nose twitches and he looks at the cup, his hand slowly lowering so the chick can hop off his hand

Zelda shrugs, "Its still nice and thoughtful. Havent had someone dote on me before." She takes some of the fruit and munches on it

Ike chuckles, using his free hand to scoop up the chick and put it away. he then lifts the cup to Links lips and tips it so some can touch his lips and go into his mouth.

Sothe smiles, " well im glad you enjoy it. you should try and eat some of the soup, you're getting awfully thin and that'll give you back some of the calories you've been burning."

Link slowly starts trying to drink the broth down

Zelda pouts, "I normally dont eat anything with meat."

Ike chuckles, " slow down there buddy, we can make more." He tips it so he can drink a small amount at a time, careful to not overload him.

Sothe blinks, " good to know. but it's harder to get a lot of calories with just fruit."

Zelda sighs and nods, "Y-yeah i guess that is true....I just... meat sounds so gross..."

Link continues to drink from the cup, relaxing slightly when Ike says they can make more
