Zelda smiles and gets up, going over to Sothe and kisses him on the forehead, "Thank you~"

Tergo shrugs, "Those ones are left overs so I dont expect money for them. The fresh ones though, yes. I'll even have a batch set aside that uses links favorite spices as well."

Sothe chuckles, " you're welcome."

Ike nods, " alright... well i'll bring actual coin tomorrow morning, that way you don;t have to fuss about going to Zelda. Im sure she'll be more than happy to pay you amply for such a favor."

tergo shrugs, "Coin or that token thing. dont matter to me none. He uh... is link enjoying Charlie? thats the uh... name of his little plushie."

Ike nods, " yeah but since i've been using the token and you apparently haven't been cashing in, i'll get her to give me some coin." he smiles, " yeah, he loves it. one of the things that he'll move for, he spends hours holding it and staring at it. actually got a baby chicken for him to play with that he loves too, thanks to the plushie giving us the idea."

Tergo sighs and looks down, "He always loved that thing...He used to take naps by our cuckoos all the time but that isnt very healthy for a kid so my wife made that toy for him and up until he left to be a guard it was always by his side."

Ike smiles, " well he loves it, and thank you so much for letting me take it to him. like i said, one of the few things he reacts to." he takes the skewers, " anyway, i'll be back in the morning. i really appreciate you tolerating all my requests."

Tergo makes a soft grunt noise, "Well it is for link. see ya in the morning."

Ike nods, " see you." he heads back, handing the skewers off to Aria in the nurses office, " here we go, this is a start anyway. i'll be able to get more in the morning, he's going to make a special batch with Links favorite seasonings."

Aria takes them and nods at Ike, "I'll get these going tonight so we can get his food switched over as soon as possible. Thank you."

Ike nods, " thanks. what you guys do for him... i do appreciate it." he smiles, " good luck!" He heads to princess Zelda room, knocking.

Sothe blinks and looks over, " wonder who that is?" he gets up and goes over, cracking it, " Ike?" he opens the door, " what do you need?"

Ike smiles, " hey there. why am i not surprised? Princess?" he looks over at her, " Tergo is supplying us with meat to make broth that Link actually likes. I'd appreciate some coin to pay him up front, since he's going to so much trouble for us."

Zelda stops eating her third slice of cake when sothe opens the door wide enough for ike to see her. She blushes and quickly covers her mouth as she swallows what she's already chewed and gets up, "thats fine. One moment." She heads to her bathroom to wash her hands and face so she isnt covered in cake. Once freshened up she heads back out and grabs a satchel full of rupees, "here. You can give the whole thing to him. They're mostly silver rupees which is the second highest value of rupees. Should hold him for a few months in all honesty but he deserves it i think." She holds it out for ike to take

Ike blinks when he sees Zelda and chuckles, " he's feeding you? good, you always were a bit too skinny. atta boy." he slaps Sothe on the back, who blushes/ he takes the satchel and nods, " will do. i appreciate it." he pockets the bag and heads to the kitchen, grabbing more of the broth he'd made before heading to Links room, " hey buddy, got you some more of my sad attempt at making broth for ya. the girls will actually be making some of the good stuff for you, so you can look forward to that tomorrow." he sits next to Link.

Link sniffs the air and looks over at the cup.

Kira goes over her notes and glances at ike, "he sure is a lot more animated when you're around."

Ike chuckles, " yeah, probably because i always try and bring him things he loves." he checks the temp of the broth to ensure it's not too hot still before lifting it to Links mouth and carefully letting him drink, " here ya go buddy."
