Ike sighs, " i don;t know why she didn;t say anything. Sheik and... and Soren..."

Link turns white and his legs buckle as he starts to collapse.

Ike yelps and quickly catches him, " hey now, careful..." he gently sets Link down.

Link clings to ike and his eyes starting to water, "Oh-oh goddesses! Why?! I was- i was..." he sobs softly, "I was eating and- and playing with the kids and- and training while- while sheik and-" Link brings his hand up to his mouth as he starts shaking

Ike sits down next to him and holds him, " there's nothing you could have done anyway... don;t feel bad."

Link hugs ike and hiccups,  "fuck im so sorry. Im so fucking sorry..."

Ike Hugs Link tightly, " stop...im gonna cry again..."

Link sniffles and tries to calm down, hiccuping softly, "S-sorry... I cant imagine what you must be going through..."

Ike nods, trying to keep himself from crying, " He...i don;t know what to do without him..."

Link rubs ike's back, "You'll get him back. We'll get him back. until then...if you want to squeeze tighter you can. Tergo worked me really hard so I'm actually a bit stronger than I was before. I can take it." Link tried to steer the conversation a bit away to keep ike from crying if he could help it. at least until they were in somewhere private

Ike squeezes him tightly and buries his face into Links shoulder, shaking as he holds back tears. after a bit he loosens his grip, letting out a shaky breath, " im... im okay... i'll do everything i can to get him back, when we get the opportunity..."

link nods and continues to rub ike's back, "Yeah. You'll get soren back and everything will be okay..."

Ike gets up and straightens his clothing, " yeah...anyway...i suppose i should get back to the training grounds, i've got recruits waiting for me."

Link nods and gets up, "Okay...I have to talk to impa and then I have some questions for uh.. for lana."

Ike nods, " she should be in her room, she's supposed to stay there anyway. good luck."
