Ike nods, " thanks, i think im going to need it." and starts looking around for Soren.

Soren starts heading to his room, books and a bottle of wine in his arms, humming happily

Ike blinks when he sees Soren and... wine. well fuck, " uh, Soren, hey."

Soren smiles at ike, "Ah perfect timing! I was about to relax with some books and a little wine, care to join me?"

Ike clears his throat, " ah, well yes, i do actually need to speak with you." and get that wine away from you. he carefully grabs the wine from Soren.

Soren blinks, confused at first, "okay? ah thanks for getting that. my arms are a little full. wanna join me for a glass then? "

Ike nods, " ah yeah, sure...." gonna need a lot more than just a glass for this, plus he was not giving this bottle back. He heads for Soren's room and takes a seat, popping the bottle open and starting to chug from it.

Soren goes into his room and his eyes widen when he sees ike chugging HIS wine, "UH What are you doing?! let me get you a glass before you drink all of MY wine!!!" he quickly sets the books down and tries desperately to reach his precious bottle from ike

Ike quickly moves it from Soren's reach, taking a few more swallows before setting it aside, " sorry, needed that. alright, we need to talk, and you should sit..."

Soren looks absolutely flabbergasted when ike not only pulls it away but ALSO fucking takes another sip!!!! "The fuck do you think you're doing?! Thats MY wine!!!!"

Ike grimaces, " sorry, but trust me when i say you can't have this. sit please, i seriously need to talk with you, and the alcohol... well i kind of need it."

Soren snarls and crosses his arms before plopping into his seat as hard as he can, glaring at ike and his foot is tapping quickly, "You better have a damn good reason for your actions before I make you pick a god and pray."

Ike takes a deep breath, closing his eyes, " okay, so, im just going to lead into this... so we know this world is way different than ours right? things can happen here that are impossible back home."

soren huffs, "Yeah. what of it."

Ike lets out a long breath, " so the twilight people, which Zant is one, apparently the males have the ability to... make it so that other males... regardless of ah... species i guess? Race? regardless, they can make it so men... can get pregnant."
