Soren blinks and shudders, "Oh ew. well, i guess it was a gifted curse that zant showed more of an interest in that sheikah fellow."

Ike grabs the bottle and chugs a bit more before setting it aside, " Soren...you were there for over a week, most of that time you don't remember..."

Soren frowns, "Well yeah i dont remember some stuff but i was.... mainly that bastards toy." he starts to look uncomfortable when he has to mention ganon in any way

Ike leans forward a bit, " Soren... you're pregnant."

without hesitation, or even the chance to think about such an accusation, soren slaps ike across the face as hard as he can, his face bright red

Ikes head snaps to the side with the force of the blow and he blinks, lifting his hand to his face and tenderly touching the quickly reddening skin, "...ow."

Soren quickly stands up, glaring at ike, "what the hell has gotten into you?! Thats NOT a funny thing to joke about Ike! You seem to know more about what i went through than I do and yet you're making insensitive jokes about this?! Have you taken the piss!?"

Ike sighs and takes another swing of the wine, " for fucks sake. i wish i was joking." he's quiet for a moment as he considers his next words, " i swear on the years of our friendship, and i swear on my fathers grave, Im not joking about this."

Sorens complexion turns pale and his face becomes almost void of any expression as he stares at ike. His eyes flick down to the ground, his brain begging to remember ANYTHING from his time with Ganon to prove ike wrong but nothing comes up. The floor spins briefly and he unconsciously brings one hand up to his stomach as he starts trembling.

He was supposed to stay by ike's side. Help him and fight alongside him until they both couldnt fight anymore. If he was pregnant then.... how could he hold his promise? This was... worse than death...

Soren starts shaking and tears swell up in his eyes before one or two occasionally fall down his cheeks and he looks up at ike, "Pr-proof. What proof do you have? Su-surely you may not think you're lying but- but what if you have no evidence! o-or what if you're evidence is wrong! Please ike- please dont do this to me. I- I cant- I cant be- " his breathing becomes quick and shallow as he starts to panic.

Ike stands and carefully pushes Soren back to sit down, " it's alright. The proof is the royal nurse, Aria. She was able to sense it, both you and Sheik... It'll be okay though, we'll figure it out i promise okay?"

Soren shudders before his body gives a sudden jerk forward and he leans over, barfing on ike and the floor

Ike jerks back a bit and sighs, " well, i should have seen that one coming... i um... am i okay to leave you for a bit to go clean up?"

Soren snaps out of his panic long enough to stumble to his feet and run to the bathroom,  slamming the door shut and starts washing his mouth out  to get rid of the bile

Ike sighs and leaves the room, waving a maid down and directing them to Sorens room to clean the mess before heading to the shower/bath room to clean up.

Link is walking towards the main bath and he sees ike, his eyes widening, "Whoa what happened to you?"
