Sheik glances at his phone as the ambulance takes off and frowns, " Link went with Ike. wonder how he managed to convince them of that one, though i suppose how he was hanging onto him...anyway lets get home, i'll let Impa know what happened and bring Link some supplies after you two are settled. i doubt he's going to be leaving anytime soon." he texts back to let him know he'd be by later and to tell him if he wanted anything. He heads towards Links van and ushers the girls in before driving them home.

After a few hours ike is bandaged up and in his hospital bed, hooked up to some machines and an iv drip.

Link is next to him, holding the alpha's hand and looking frazzled.

The doctor had called ike's family contacts shortly before and had allowed link to stay since everyone assumed they were a couple.

Sothe had grumbled when contacted but headed in with Soren to see Ike.

Ike groans now and then, but mostly is just out cold.

Soren gets to the front desk and let them know they are ike's family. Once given the room number soren heads to the room, frowning when he sees the machines and link

Sothe raises an eyebrow once he sees Link, " why are you here? and also, how the hell did he get his ass hurt? doesn;t he have any idea what this is going to cost us?" he growls.

Link looks up at sothe and sighs,  "he went to ganons party and got caught,  and in here because i-.... because I'm paying for all of this. "

Soren blinks and begins to relax a little,  "well that sounds like ike... "

Sothe snorts, " yeah it does. moron... you sure you're okay paying for this idiot?"

Link nods, "absolutely. I want to make sure he gets the best care so that he can recover quickly. "

Soren looks at sothe, "well that's a relief."

[Namari]

Sothe sighs, " i suppose so. well since he's being taken care of then we don;t need to worry. i gotta go get ready for work."

Soren nods, "i...want to be back in my room."

Link blinks and frowns, "that's it? You're not going to stay with him to make sure he's okay?"

Soren shrugs, "we have actual rent to make and you said it yourself that you're going to pay for everything."

Sothe tilts his head, " you're here, he's in the hospital, there's nothing we can do. besides, the moron will heal, they said he's stable. what's wrong with letting the people here do their jobs? it's not like us staring at him is going to make him heal faster."

Link frowns at that, "being here doesn't interfere with their jobs.  It's just... when ike wakes up I want to make sure someone he recognizes is with him. "

Soren shrugs,  "again, you look like you got that part covered for us. "

Sothe snorts, " it's their job to take care of him. he's here, so he's being taken care of. Anyway, you can call us if you need us, but we gotta still get to our jobs to make rent."

Link frowns but nods, "o...okay.... have a good night."

Soren goes over to link, handing him their numbers, "our contact information. Sothe won't answer his more than likely but I will as long as it's an emergency." He turns and heads out

Sothe shrugs, " im usually at school, at work, or sleeping. give me a break." he turns and heads from the room.
