Ike chuckles, " like it'd be logical to make that to go? my meal would take like 3 boxes, what am i gonna do, eat it while i walk?" he heads back to their table shaking his head at the mental image.

Link blinks and frowns slightly before following ike back to their table, "well, too be fair, she doesnt know and she probably has to ask regardless of how silly it is..."

Ike shrugs, " true, still it's kind of amusing even so."

Link sighs and looks at the table, "I guess...." He glances out the window and watched a few birds hop about on the sidewalk causing him to smile softly

Ike glances outside, " they're fun to watch aren;t they? you know, we can always take a bag of seed out to the park and watch the feeding frenzy."

Link blinks and snaps out of it before looking at Ike, "Ah! It's okay! We dont have to. Sorry, I spaced out there."

A waitress comes by the table and begins setting their food and drinks down in front of them with all the needed condiments and such, "Here we are~ Is there anything that you guys need at all?"

Link shakes his head, "No I'm good. Thank you."

Ike chuckles, " just saying it's something we can do sometime if you want." he looks at the girl and smiles, " i think we're good, thanks much." he rubs his hands together, " if this doesn;t put a few pounds on, im not sure what will." he digs in eagerly, the food vanishing at a surprising rate.

Link eats his food slowly, enjoying the taste of his food before sipping his coffee

Soon the meal is gone and Ike leans back, sipping his coffee and sighing happily, " oof... im actually full. thanks, i really appreciate it."

Link smiles and sips his coffee, "You are very much welcome. Can't start off the day right if we dont have a good breakfast."

Ike chuckles, " well i manage, it's been ages since i've had a breakfast like that. usually it's ramen or something else cheap. a few eggs if we had the extra cash to get those."

Link blinks and frowns, "it still hurts to know that you live like that. Hopefully with what cash i hid around your apartment you guys are at least making sure you're eating properly? It doesnt have to be until you are full, or a wide variety of quality ingredients, but something better than ramen would put me at ease a bit."

Ike scowls, " i still don;t like that you did that... i mean, we at least can get a few things to add in. though we took most of what we found and well...my foster parents have been in a bad way for awhile, so we've all been working to help them get out of debt. so that's where what we've found mostly went. it's alright though, we get by."

Link freezes slightly when ike mentions foster parents and his stomach does an uneasy flip. He swallows nervously and sets his cup down, trying to keep himself calm, "i...cool.... you said before that... that they were good to you guys... right?"

Ike nods, " more than i can ever say. the debt they have is because of us, instead of giving us back when they realized how ever their head they were with 3 boys, 2 of which are alphas, they took out loans to help pay for everything we needed. not to mention the medical bills when Shanon got ill... so yeah, we do all we can to help them keep afloat."
