Link gives the initial startled squeak but he quickly closes his eyes tightly and laughs when he feels the acceleration of the bike

Ike weaves through traffic skillfully, trying to make it feel exciting while also being careful and as safe as he can. He reaches the place soon enough, parking and taking his helmet off.

Link can stop giggling from the sheer adrenaline, "I havent haha... i havent felt this giggly since the rollercoaster i went on last year..."

Ike grins, " glad i could entertain." he puts the helmets away and pockets his keys, " lets get to that hatchet throwing."

link takes the helmet off and puts it away before heading inside

Link steps inside and smiles when he sees a tall but thin guy behind the sign in counter, "Zack!"

Zack blinks and looks up, giving a wide grin, "Well if it aint link. Been a while since you been here. Staying outta trouble?"

Link snorts, "Yes. You know of this. The old man knows of this. How is he by the way?"

Zack shrugs, "He got a big heart and talks about ya a lot. He'll be glad to know you stopped in. He misses ya."

Link rubs his arm, "Yeah I miss him too... out of everyone I had to apologize to I think I cried the most when i talked to him."

Zack chuckles, "Hey man its in the past. We all knew you were going through some demons."

Link clears his throat a bit, "yeah i... yeah. Uh. hey, all this talk is great but kinda on some time restraints at the moment. Kinda just wanna throw some axes with my friend. That cool?"

Zack nods, "Oh hell yeah, sorry to keep ya. Shoulda told me you were coming in with a buddy." He hands link two clipboards with papers on them, "You know the drill. sign the forms and i'll get ya setup here." He glances behind link and blinks when he sees ike, an alpha. He cant help but frown a bit, his own alpha instincts making him want to push ike away from link, however he doesnt, knowing his lack of alpha strength would land him in the hospital for sure.

Ike stays back respectfully as the two chat a bit. When he notes the others look when he sees Ike, Ike raises an eyebrow. He then tilts his head a bit and grins, trying to put the other at ease. He really didn;t want to get into a fight with another alpha, even if it looks like he could easily kick the other alphas ass. He takes one of the clipboards from Link and reads it over quick before filling it out.

Link is oblivious to all of it as he fills out his own form, "thats a lot of penalties for stealing the axes..."

Zack snorts, "has to be. Some super rich person just so happened to steal quite a few years ago."

Link gives a nervous chuckle, "wont happen again, thats for sure."

Ike raises an eyebrow, " oh? and this super rich person wouldn;t be someone here would it? why would you steal axes? and for that matter, what did you do with them?"

Link chuckles before handing the clipboard back to zack, "well i did say i uh... had too much fun years ago. Its why i'm so boring now. And you dont wanna know what i did with them."

Ike shakes his head, " jeez, troublemaker. Alright, let's throw some sharp objects! "

Link chuckles before walking over to a station. The walls surrounding are thick chain link fence to keep stray axes from going anywhere besides the long narrow path where a thick board of wood with an outline of a person is bolted to the wall

Ike looks at the outline and raises an eyebrow, " that's not disturbing at all." he stands back, " go ahead, you first."

Link grabs some fingerless gloves, putting them on and dusting his hands to keep them dry before grabbing a small hand axe, "i'm gonna be a bit rusty so id stay a good distance away in case."
