Ike chuckles, " yeah, good meat is a great reason to not go vegetarian. of course i just eat what i can get normally, but im looking forward to the protein."

Zelda gets up and stretches, "Why dont you put your clothes on and come to the kitchen for the burgers. We normally dont eat in the pool room since its kinda unsanitary."

Ike nods, " understandable." he gets up and heads into the changing area, rinsing off and getting his own clothes on before going to meet everyone else for the meal.

Paya and Sheik are already at the table chatting, And Impa was also just entering the room, having gotten home early to make sure the whole new pool boy thing was going smoothly.

Link smiles when he sits at the table enjoying the conversation between paya and sheik.

Zelda smiles as she enters the room, "Oh man those burgers smell amazing~ I cant wait until they're ready~!"

Ike plops into a chair, hair damp and clothes clinging to him slightly from the damp as well.

Paya nods, " yeah! im glad Link thought of it, they're always so yummy."

Sheik chuckles, " indeed. too much heavy protein isn;t ideal but i believe our chef is roasting up some veggies and such to go along with it too to balance it out."

Link chuckles, "As soon as I saw it was michael on shift I knew we had to have burgers~" he glances at Ike and smiles at him.

Zelda sneaks a quick glance between ike and link before giving a grin.

Soon a few chefs come out with plates and food, different beverages and cups, different large platters of more burgers than anyone could hope to finish, lots of fixings and lots of other healthy veggies but also fries

Ike grins back at Link, " it'll be interesting tasting a bit of the rich life." though when the huge amount of food was brought out he gawks at it, " holy shit. is there a bunch more people coming that i don;t know about? i mean, i can eat a lot but holy cow."

Impa chuckles softly and serves herself a burger, taking a large serving of veggies as well. She pours herself some wine, sipping it before spearing some food and bringing it to her mouth, every movement graceful and refined speaking of many years of fine table manners.

Sheik serves himself as well, taking some fries as well as the veggies and a burger, but sticking with tea for his drink.

Paya goes for the same, her plate basically identical to sheiks.

Ike is unsure of what to do, there was so much and it felt so out of place. Everything was fancy despite it being burgers, the glasses looked like actual fancy crystal, or at least regular glass, at home they just... washed and reused plastic cups, the cheap ones that you normally toss after using once. The burgers looked like they could be served next to caviar...and holy shit he thought that might actually be caviar among the burger toppings. this was way out of his league.

Zelda gets a whole burger with a bunch of veggies along with a glass of her favorite champagne, grabbing a fork and knife to cut her burger with so she didnt have to touch anything greasy

Link sheepishly grabs a burger and fills it with the normal fixings of lettuce, onions, tomatoes and a bunch of fries and one of the coke cans, "Just take whatever you want ike." He squirts a mess of ketchup on his plate and smiles as he picks up the cheeseburger and takes a big messy bite

Ike hesitates before loading his plate with a couple burgers and a pile of veggies and fries. he wasn;t usually much into veggies, but he knew that they had good vitamins and shit he needed. he loads up the burgers and starts eating, trying to focus on his plate and not all the fancy crap god why are there so many forks.

Impa does add some of the caviar to her burger, it made a nice topping. Soon everyone is just eating and chatting.

Link doesnt touch any utensil as he eats his burger, ketchup and lettuce almost spilling out the other end

Sheik looks at Link and shakes his head, " and this is why Link gets a plastic mat under his."

Ike tries not to laugh, mostly because it'd make him either waste some of the food or choke. or both. He keeps eating what's on his plate, steadily working through it.

Link chews and swallows whats in his mouth before sticking his tongue out at sheik

Sheik rolls his eyes, " that's gross, you've got chewed up food all over your tongue. don't make a mess."

Paya giggles softly and spears some veggies, nomming on them happily.

Link snorts,  "liar, i swallowed everything in my mouth. "

Sheik raises an eyebrow, " swallowing one's mouthful does not entirely remove the food debris, there was still crumbs and mush."
