Link snorts,  "or my father gets out of jail and decides to try for round two. "

Ike frowns, " If he does, he won't be going back to jail, he'll be going to the morgue."

link sighs, "I mean i guess. the first time he went after our family no one expected it since he apparently was such a quiet person but im sure impa would be hyper vigilant if she found out he even got out of jail. Though i heard he is being constantly medicated so he shouldnt have another mental breakdown any time soon."

Ike sighs, " yeah, still. i not going to let him do anything to you if i have anything to say about it."

link sighs, "I doubt he'd do anything to me.... maybe impa and my cousins but not me."

Ike frowns, " well that would make you unhappy so i'd still hurt him."

Link hums, "i think I would still rather you not go after him. ah, maybe we should change the subject. I just wanna cuddle with you."

Ike grumbles a little but pulls Link close, " alright."

Link smiles when he's pulled close and he sighs in contentment, wrapping his arms around ike, "thank you, I love you."

Ike blinsk and blushes, " uh yeah, i guess i love you too. feels weird to be saying that but... it feels right."

Link snorts, "you don't have to say it back. I know it's weird,  me saying it so soon but i... I don't know it feels like that's what my brain wants to say. "

Ike chuckles, " fair i guess."

Link hums and smiles as he hugs ike, rubbing his face into ike's chest, "i guess if anything i really love your muscles~"
