Ren sighs, " no, she didn't. but it seems all too convenient. if it were just me i would not be concerned, but with you... everything seems like a trap."

Orion frowns and rubs his arm, "ah...i see."

Ren shakes his head, " im sorry, don;t worry. i will keep us safe. enjoy your hot tub." he heads into his room, checking every inch of it for anything that seems off.

Orion frowns and shakes his head before locking the door and going over to his bag and pulling out the item he purchased for himself. He didnt do this often but... when he did it always felt nice in the tub. The water was so warm that it was easier to imagine someone with you and it always was easier to clean afterwards. He walked over to the bathroom and smiled when he saw how large it was and how spacious the tub itself was.

Once satisfied there was no sort of listening devices or camera he was able to identify with his limited knowledge, he himself fills the tub and climbs in, opening his new jar of scale scrub and polishing the new scales.

Orion fills the tub with hot water, undressing and climbing in, making sure to keep his bag from getting wet as he worked on getting his new toy out

Renshajoh finishes buffing all of his scales to shiney perfection and gets out of the water, drying off before he begins reading through a few things on his datapad, trying to find information about the ship they were on and it's crew.

Orion enjoys himself

Coco is glaring at her datapad as she checks over everything, still mad that they are dragging a lizard and a galakin around.

Ina looks at her crew, "now, please remember, even though we've seen plenty before we are to keep our mouths shut. Judging by the way he's dressed he doesnt want anyone to know what he is and until i can figure out what their relationship is i dont want us to give them any ideas that we know. Understand?"

Taijahminh nods, "of course captain!"

Ren starts exercising after he finds little information.

Sally nods, " yes captain. should...we try and talk with them to try and figure out their relationship? or perhaps we can try and get the galakin away to talk with him without the Basilisk's influence possibly tainting his answers. if he's being mistreated perhaps he will speak up once in a safer environment."

Taro huffs, " i could also bug their rooms. cameras, microphones, the whole nine yards."

coco makes a soft huff, "I like taro's suggestion."

Ina shakes her head, "No Taro. If they were to discover any of your pieces then we will never earn their trust." She looks at Sally and hums, "i dont think a basilisk of all races would mistreat a galakin but he does seem interested in working. Im sure we can get him to do things that one would not want a galakin to be involved in. during that time I think he would benefit both us and the kid to have a friend regardless of the reasons why."

Taro huffs softly.

Sally nods, " im certain we can find suitable tasks to keep him busy. I also doubt a basilisk would keep anyone captive, but better safe than sorry. while the basilisk is working i will attempt to attain the Galakins trust and friendship, so hopefully he will open up to me. Perhaps Tai ought to speak with the basilisk? she may be able to wile a few things out of a fellow reptilian species, especially being of the opposite gender." she giggles softly.

Tai turns bright red and she puts her hands on her face in embarrassment, "sa-sally?! Why would you say that?! Thats soooo super embarrassing!!"

Ina cant help but chuckle

Sally shrugs, " it's not like you'd have to do anything inappropriate. Im sure he'll need some standard scale care things, which logically is best that you deal with. and maybe a little sweet talking might get him to open up a bit."

Taijahminh turns even more red, "i- i dont know i- uh i'm no good at talking to new people."

Sally sighs, " hm, well Coco isn't ideal, and that sort of thing isn't really appropriate from me or the captain. regardless i think i'll have better luck with the galakin, i suppose if you're willing Ina you could try talking with the basilisk, perhaps just from a professional standpoint would work."
