Ren snorts, " well can you imagine me being rounded and soft? it's a strange mental image."

Orion blinks before chuckling,  "i can kinda imagine it but its not flattering. "

Ren nods, " precisely. i guess we'll simply have to see, im not certain your body type is made to be hard like my species is."

[MissyLooni]

Orion shrugs, "who knows. Dont know any other galakins to compare to."

[Namari]

Ren nods, " fair enough. so...shall we go get something to eat while we wait?"

[MissyLooni]

Orion blinks and nods, "yeah! I smelled some good stuff!" He gets up and goes to the door,  grinning

Ren chuckles and nods, " lets go then." he follows behind.

Orion happily opens the door of rens room and heads down to the cafeteria, humming softly

Ren is relieved that Orion has been cheered up and follows behind, getting a plate of whatever is made and sitting down with it to eat, " it looks good, im not entirely sure what it is though."

Orion gets a tray as well,  sitting next to ren, "it smells sweet and this brown stuff is fluffy. It smells amazing whatever it is.  And there's a bunch of weird round... fruit i'm guessing next to it."
He picks up one of the colorful pieces of fruit, blue and seedless on the outside. He takes a hesitant bite, the inside bright pink and juicy and orions ears perk up excitedly, "its refreshing and sweet so thats good! "

Ren nibbles at one of the fruits, " hm, not really to my tastes, it just kind of tastes bland to me. but then i guess i don't register sweet very well." he gives his to Orion, " regardless, food is food."

[MissyLooni]

Orion hums as he's given the fruit, "if you like the bready thing you can have my share since you're giving me your share of fruit."

[Namari]

Ren shrugs, " it's alright. it looked interesting so i wanted to try it but i might just go grab some of that nice fish they had." he gets up and goes to get a nicely roasted fillet of fish, bringing it back and digging into it.

Orion shrugs and goes back to eating his food, even grabbing the tray that had Rens unfinished breakfast while the basilisk was grabbing something else to eat that as well

Ren smiles, glad to see Orion eating more. the other had always seemed too skinny to him. The fish and the more savory foods he had vanished rapidly, and the Basilisk soon leans back and gives a contented sigh.
