Orion blinks and frowns, "We... can choose something cheap. I'll just not take off my clothes for the night..."

Ren frowns and considers it, " we will see. if we share a bed it will not be as much of an issue, i doubt anyone will attempt to mess with you. i personally have never had any problems, but i know smaller and less threatening looking people have." he looks at Orion carefully, " are you certain? we may have to stay a few days. perhaps longer if we can;t find someone willing to take us the way we're going for awhile."

Orion nods, "I will do whatever is easiest for you."

Ren nods, " we will try it for a night. if there are no complications and you are alright with it, we can continue."

Orion nods and stays close to ren's side, "Lead the way then."

He heads from the store and questions a local, getting pointed in the right direction. He soon leads them to a decent sized building, and signs them in at the front desk, taking a number for their bed and locker. he heads to their locker, placing his own bag into it and Orions before locking it. " alright. now we have our belongings secured and a bed for the night, we can go as we please."

Orion had followed ren around, either keeping his eyes at the ground or trying to look as uninteresting as possible. He watches ren put their things away before sighing, "All that walking around..."

Ren raises an eyebrow, " oh right, you're not used to walking much. i suppose we can put off seeking transport until tomorrow, your feet are sore i bet. the new shoes won;t have helped, they'll take some time to break in and fit perfectly."

"I'm better at standing than walking. But, I'd like to think im even better at being carried. On someone's big scaley shoulders while THEY walk around."
Orion earlier had seen a larger creature walking around the shops with a smaller version of its kind, on the big one's shoulders. He wasnt sure as to what ritual they were performing but the smaller one was laughing and looked like it was enjoying itself.
Orion wanted that feeling too.

Ren blinks, then laughs softly, " well you're not subtle at all are you? yes, we can do that. normally parents carry children that way, but you are small enough that i can manage." he kneels down, " climb on, we can still try to find a charter, though we may get some odd looks."

Orion grins and gets on ren, being careful not to step on him, "whats a children? Is it some kind of race?"

Ren grabs onto Orion and stands up slowly, making sure he stays put, " children, offspring. my sisters hatchlings are her children. If i mated with a female and she bore young ones, they would be our children." he walks out of the building, Orions weight not much of a bother to him.

Orion blinks and nods, "I see. so, when i eventually am able to reproduce that would be my children?"

Ren nods, " yes, that is correct. your younglings would be your children, and you would be their parent." He walks through the crowd, ignoring a few odd looks as he heads back to the port to speak with the people there.

Orion smiles, enjoying being up high, "I like being this high off the ground. I can see so much."
