Ren shrugs, " it's alright, non-reptilian species do tend to be weirded out by it. and yes im fine, i do this a few times a year, and have since i was very little. though it was even more frequent then while i was growing."

Orion nods and hums, "it is kinda weird but i wouldnt say im weirded out. Just something new for me."

Ren chuckles, " many things are new for you. i hear when faced with something like that you become somewhat numb to it, each new thing isn't so shocking, it is a survival trait to avoid mental overload."

Orion blinks and shrugs, "i suppose. Im not really sure if id call it... numb but i also dont have much to compare this feeling to. All i can place for sure is that i want to help you in anyway i can."

Ren blinks and smiles, shaking his head, " well, i appreciate that but it's not needed. lets get some dinner. lead the way?" he holds his hand out to the other.

Orion snorts and takes rens hand, leading him to the table

Ren lets himself be led, sitting and digging into his portion with enthusiasm, a little messy since he can't see.

Orion sits down and starts eating as well

Ren soon finishes his meal and licks the scraps from his face, tongue darting out to catch any mess he made. " many thanks again."

Orion finishes eating, poise and with purpose as he does with any meal before gently setting down his fork, "same. I really do appreciate all of this."

Ren hands over money for their staying the night and heads to their room, blinking when he hears his datapad buzz. He hands it to Orion, " can;t really read it right now, would you please? might be a ship we can take."

Orion blinks and takes the data pad, reading over a few things

Ren sits and picks at his skin, deeming it still too early before yawning and scratching as his itchy skin. He lays down as he waits for Orion to finish reading the message.

Orion blinks, "ah. Something about a ship coming in tomorrow. Apparently its huge so they are sending a message out to make sure other ships arent in the way of it."

Ren blinks, " ah. does it say anything about where it might be heading, or the type? i'd rather not have to head back to the station just to see if it'll work for us or not, but we will if we have to."
