Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Aki nods and looks over at arcanine, smiling,  "but... he's really strong and fast and a complete teddy bear if you don't mind the drool. He used to be worse when he was a growlithe if you could imagine. Couldnt run in a straight line to save his life. So,  not only did i shut down a poke mill in the making but got a really lovable family member too. It was a win win for me."

Satoshi smiles, " i'd call that a win-win. im not sure i'd have the patience for a pokemon like that. i only have one pokemon even close to that, and he's just an asshole. i only bring him out when absolutely needed, for multiple reasons." he makes a face and chuckles.

[MissyLooni]

Aki shrugs, "all i have in my life is pokemon and time. Might as well put it to good use yeah?"

Arcanine gets out of the water and shakes himself off before going over to the others still panting happily.

Rapidash gives him a looks, hoping the dog gets the idea to stay away from her. She snorts softly and flares her fires a bit, to warm the smaller man sitting against her.

Satoshi chuckles, " well you're welcome to try your charm on my trouble pokemon. i doubt you'll get far though."

Aki snorts, "i didnt say my services were free."

Arcanine plops down next to satoshi, still open mouth panting, a thick line of drool trailing on to the ground

Satoshi laughs, " well i can come up with money, IF you mange to get anywhere with him."

[MissyLooni]

Aki snorts, "we'll see what happens first."

Arcanine sniffs satoshi, the air coming out of his snoot is warm and moist

Satoshi raises a hand and scratches Arcanines cheek, keeping his hand up and out of the way of any drool, " well, if you want to give him a go let me know. he's been trouble since well before i met him."

Aki hums, "what kind of pokemon is he?"

Arcanine gives a wide smile, his tongue hanging out as he gets pets

Satoshi chuckles, " a skuntank. not a pokemon i'd choose, but he was terrorizing a small village, and none of the pokemon trainers that had been there had been able to beat him. he'd been relocated a few times by police from the closest larger city, but he came back each time. there didn;t seem to be any real reason for it, maybe he just didn;t like the place. i don;t know, but he does his best to be as stubborn and troublesome as possible."

Aki makes a face, "uhhhh hard pass. Cant risk getting shot with stink for the rest of my life."

[Namari]

Satoshi laughs, " yeah... that's one of the big reasons i don;t let him out much. he tends to make a stink when he is out."

[MissyLooni]

Aki shrugs, "if it werent for the stink id do whatever it took."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " well he's better off with me than where he was even if i can;t use him. they were getting to the point they were debating having him destroyed. he was really being a terror. As it was i had trouble catching him, he's strong."

Aki nods, "sounds about right. People are more for killing a pokemon then figuring out why it behaves the way it does."
