Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Satoshi shakes his head, " no apology needed. you have been through a lot, and my selection of wording was... careless. im not upset."

[MissyLooni]

Aki gives a numb nod, his lip quivering, "my parents... gave her to me when she was just an egg...just a few years before they disappeared. She was so strong and smart... and i never  lost a battle with her... i thought she'd be with me when i found my parents."

[Namari]

Sato goes over and sits next to him, trying to comfort him, " im sorry you went through that. it must have been awful."

[MissyLooni]

Aki closes his eyes tightly and wipes his face, "I just wish i could... go back in time... stop myself from getting involved with him."

[Namari]

Satoshi sighs, " yeah, i can;t say i blame you."

[MissyLooni]

Aki picks at the eggs, nibbling on some, "im definitely going to need a night out after this..."

[Namari]

Satoshi winces, " well, ecruteak is close by, we can maybe make it today if we push it. otherwise we can make it to the next town in a few hours and you can uh, have some fun."

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods, "I wont push my pokemon. if we make it then we make it. if not then not the end of the world."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " fair. im just saying the only town between here and ecruteak is not far, so we'd have to stay the entire day if we stay for the night."

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods and finishes his plate, "alright. I'll just play it by ear for now."

[Namari]

He nods, " alright. well we should get going if we want to try to make it to ecruteak yet today. we may want to go by land or my flying pokemon though, no offense to your pidgeot, she does great but she's not the quickest."

[MissyLooni]

Pidgeot gives an undignified squawk, huffing softly

[Namari]

Satoshi chuckles, " you're a great pokemon pidge, but you don;t do well for really long distances and you're a bit slower. it's nothing to be ashamed of. if i take skarmory and you take flygon we can probably travel another 50% further before needing to switch to land pokemon."

[MissyLooni]

Aki sighs, "its alright pidge. I'll take you out on a special flight once we have time, okay?"

Pidge sighs but nods, admitting defeat

Satoshi goes around returning most of his pokemon, leaving out only Flygon and Skarmory.
