Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Satoshi gathers up their purchases and follows, settling at the table and sipping at his drink as he gets back to work.

[MissyLooni]

Aki goes back downstairs. He glances around at the tubes and viles, grimacing slightly, thinking about all the failures his parents had.  He begins opening more cabinets trying ti find something interesting

Satoshi sighs softly, munching a chip as he scans the paper in front of him, taking the highlighter to a name and marking it.

[MissyLooni]

Aki finds some manilla folders with much more recent dates and sighs before heading back to the kitchen

Satoshi looks up, " find anything?"

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods, "a bunch more green goo and some files from about 20 years ago or so. A few years after all of those files."

[Namari]

Satoshi wrinkles his nose, " green goo? ew. but more recent information might help."

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods and sits down, "well all of the tubes are filled with the shit and apparently according to these papers all of their experiments were suspended in it to keep them alive. I figured when we go to talk to the other scientists i could bring a sample and see what they think of it."

[Namari]

Satoshi makes a face, " that's nasty, but yeah i guess that's a good idea."

[MissyLooni]

Aki starts going through the files, "yeah this is much further down the line. They mention actual breakthroughs so there's that at least."

[Namari]

Satoshi hums softly, " interesting. so that was before they had you."

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods, "this was all before i was born. Maybe they had me and decided to... stop. Focus on raising me."

[Namari]

Sato nods, " it would make sense."

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods and opens up the first file. It did make sense. You have a child and you need to focus on taking care of that child. Do your work at your physical job and send your kid off to school. Although.... aki doesnt remember going to any form of school. He sighs and starts going through the small file, frowning slightly, "i think i found the files where they put information of all of their individual experiments... odd."

[Namari]

Satoshi blinks, " well that's useful at least. well since they had a lot of failures, maybe skip towards the end?"
