Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Satoshi nods, " well, just keep that in mind i guess, you have a unique ability and there's no doubt you can easily make a living off it. and the offer for you to stay at the ranch is still open too, heck you can combine the two."

Aki snorts and chuckles, "yeah right, like you'd want me hanging around your home for that long."

[Namari]

Satoshi tilts his head, " why not? you and i get along fairly well, and you're great with pokemon. we can always use another hand around the place."

[MissyLooni]

Aki nervously glances at satoshi and sighs, "because you wont like me for long. Trust me the more we hang out the more you'll end up disliking me."

[Namari]

Satoshi rolls his eyes, " that's bullshit. we've spent plenty of time together and i don;t like you any less than when we started. maybe more since you're not being obnoxious. regardless even if for some reason we were at odds, the ranch is plenty big enough for you to have a place to stay and work without us having to be in close contact. not that i think it'll happen, but still."

Aki raises an eyebrow at satoshi, "Im an alcoholic who cant refuse sex. whats there to like?"

[Namari]

Satoshi snorts, " well you'll have to ease up on the alcohol. drinking is fine, getting drunk out of your brains, not so much. As for sex, we're not super far from a town, you can find people to meet up with there. you're also a good person, amazing with pokemon, have a kind heart and good morals, and you seem to be a decent worker."

[MissyLooni]

Aki's face turns red and he looks away, scratching the back of his head, "a-ahhh... am i... really all that? There's no need to lie to me if you are. " he felt slightly bashful at satoshi's compliments, having not heard anyone's opinion of himself aside from his own self deprecating comments.

Satoshi nods, " absolutely. i don;t bullshit on things like that."

[MissyLooni]

Akihiko is quiet for a minute before he clears his throat, "thanks i uh, i guess. Not really... not really used to compliments."

Satoshi slaps him on the back before finishing his meal, " im only speaking the truth of what i see. nothing more."

[MissyLooni]

Aki grins and goes back to finishing his food, "if you say so."

Satoshi chuckles and washes his dishes in the stream, " i think my family will be pleased to have you working with us. if nothing else you will provide valuable insight when our pokemon misbehave."

Aki nods, "Most of the time its human error however it has been nice when you're able to get everyone on the same page. Plus, I have had a few pokemon look at me in shock when I've actually been able to understand them which was always funny." he chuckles and gets up, going over to satoshi with his dishes to also clean

Satoshi nods, " i personally wouldn;t suggest talking to the tauros or the birds we keep, since they're livestock and all. but the rest we keep on as working pokemon would probably enjoy chatting with you."
