Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

[MissyLooni]

Aki snorts, "what? And break up the happy couple?" His tone obviously teasing as he stands up

[Namari]

Satoshi chuckles, " like i said, they'll get plenty of time for that when we get going. Skarmory! you'll be taking Aki."

The metallic bird looks over and chirps, getting up from her spot against Pidgeot and walking over to Aki, lowering her head so she can carefully nuzzle him.

[MissyLooni]

Aki takes a hesitant step back when skarmory approaches him suddenly. He sighs softly before letting his hand carefully rest on skarmory, "Uh. h-hey girl."

Pidgeot perks up and chirps curiously at satoshi, tilting her head

[Namari]

Satoshi smiles at Pidgeot, " she's just gonna carry aki so you can take a rest, alright?"

Skarmory chirps softly, tilting her head as she looks at him. It's not like she was gonna hurt him. yeah her feathers were sharp, but she'd never intentionally hurt someone. She crouches so Aki can get up easier, telling him to be careful with her feathers.

[MissyLooni]

Pidgeot chirps some more and looks down sadly.

aki sighs, "you're not carrying anyone hun. You did an amazing job getting to this point so you're just getting a break, okay?"

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " even flygon is getting a break, we have enough flying pokemon to switch and make sure nobody gets injured or exhausted."

[MissyLooni]

Aki carefully gets on to skarmory, heading her warning of being careful of her feathers

Pidgeot looks at skarmory, then aki, then satoshi before she starts chirping at satoshi again.

Aki sighs and looks at satoshi, "She wants to know if im on skarmory then who are you riding."

[Namari]

Satoshi pats the large batlike pokemon next to him who grumpily opens an eye, " im riding noivern. even if i wasn't, i wouldn;t let you take me. no offense, im heavier than Aki and i don;t want to strain you. especially since you already flew for awhile." Noivern heaves herself up and crouches, and Satoshi climbs onto her back.

pidgeot droops a bit and looks down, feeling frustrated with herself

Aki hesitates before patting skarmory and getting off of the pokemon, going to his bird and petting her, "Hey, hey. you're fine hun. I know you want to be the best but even the best need a rest from time to time."

[Namari]

Satoshi looks over, " that's right, i'd never make any of my pokemon go so far without a rest, even though flygon could probably do another several hours just fine, there's no reason to risk it. just think, if you rest up you'll be fresh and ready to have some fun with Skarmory when we get there."

[MissyLooni]

Pidgeot sighs and chirps softly.

Aki nods and returns her to her pokeball. he sighs and gets back on skarmory, "Ready."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods and nudges Noivern into the air, the pokemon reluctantly gaining altitude and taking the lead. Skarmory carefully takes flight and flies after her, trying not to  jostle Aki.

Aki shudders a bit as skarmory takes off since he still wasn't used to her.

[Namari]

Skarmory looks back at him and croons softly in concern.

[MissyLooni]

Aki gives an apologetic smile at skarmory, "Sorry... just uh... just not used to being on a different pokemon..."
