Topic: To Cross That Line (Namari x Missylooni)

[Namari]

Izanagi nods, " okay..." he lets himself be carried, nuzzling into Nikiri's chest.

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri sets izanagi into the backseat before getting in on the other side, "lets get you home~"

The driver brings them back to the apartments.

Nikiri gets out and picks izanagi up and carries him inside, humming

Takana hears the door open and he looks over.

Nikiri smiles at arakan and takana, "Nagi-chan is home~! Arakan I figured since i had to bring nagi home that i would see if you just wanted to ride back to your place with me instead of meeting you there."

Arakan looks over, " i suppose that's a decent idea, i can fill you in on the way." he'd sort of wanted the walk back to think, but he supposed he'd have plenty of time for that later. He heads for the door, " stay inside tonight you two."

Izanagi kisses Nikiri on the cheek before humming his way to his room.

Takana nods at arakan and sighs

Nikiri goes to his car and gets in the back, letting his driver know to take them back to arakans place

Arakan gets in the vehicle, " Takana was uneasy being alone so i stayed until Izanagi came back. We started chatting, and he mentioned the humans had him go to college when he was with them. unusual in itself, but it was for genetics, bioengineering, and nanotechnology. since apparently they wanted him to breed, i cannot think of a reason for this combination unless they're trying to alter demons. and i doubt they're going to keep our well-being and wishes in mind when they do." his voice is bitter.

nikiri is amazing at being able to keep a poker face despite his internal screaming. He had to pretend he didnt already know takana was human and to treat this as if they were actually talking about a demon, "Nano.... technology? Bioengineering? isnt that a bit advanced? that is at least a 5 to 8 year course I believe. How do you plan on proceeding with this information then?"

Arakan sighs, " well i have to tell my father, and we'll have to try and gather some intel on what they're researching and why. Im hoping im wrong, but if it's true they're planning to genetically alter us... well im not going to let them, over my dead body."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri nods, "Well we also need to be careful in case the humans had not actually meant for takana to be in the demon district. if they find out where he is they may demand for him back and that will be a can of worms to deal with in of itself."

[Namari]

Arakan sighs, " fuck, he wants to go back to his family that had him. should i forbid him that then until we look into this? i fear we may be entering another war..."

[MissyLooni]

"...the likely hood of him actually getting back any time soon is slim. let him do as he pleases while you get more information and go from there. regardless, him going back on his own would look better than him being held here. its risky but we have to also understand he may be from a very powerful family that we wouldnt be prepared to cross."

[Namari]

Arakan growls, " i hate being unable to do anything here. If they wouldn't massacre the district i'd take the hit and take out the family that runs that damned collar company."

[MissyLooni]

nikiri sighs, "that would definitely send us into another war..."

[Namari]

Arakan snorts, " well if they're trying to alter us, they're starting one anyway. Distanced or not my father will not stand for that, and i'll put my life on the line in a heartbeat to stop that as well."

[MissyLooni]

nikiri sighs, "i understand that part whole heartedly. while war is not something I wish to occur I will not stand by if they are planning something so dreadful."

Arakan sighs, " this is going to be a mess. im not looking forward to this."
