Nikiri follows, meeting up with Summer, "Have you heard from Luna and Katie?"

Summer shakes her head, "No, Katie has quite a bit to help out with since it's a large group and you know how luna gets. You want me to go check on her?"

Nikiri nods, "Please. her group is next up so i'd like to make sure its ready."

Summer nods and gives arakan a quick bow before running off to Luna's location

Arakan nods to Summer in acknowledgement as they walk, " i think if we keep up the pace we've been at we ought to have everyone checked by about midnight. it's cutting it closer than i like, but at least it gives us a little extra time in case things go badly. i doubt they'll wake us at midnight for inspection, they hardly want to get up in the middle of the night even if it's to fuck us over."

Nikiri nods and sighs, "I know the other three girls wouldnt have minded helping you out as well with this however they have other matters at hand. Although I suppose they are helping in their own way."

[Namari]

Arakan waves his hand dismissively, " i appreciate all the aid your family has rendered thus far, it's a miracle we even have the scanner to work with to try and protect our people as it is."

[MissyLooni]

nikiri blinks before humming, "Ah yes. the scanner. i dont believe you ever informed me on how you retrieved such a imperative tool. I assume Takana?"

[Namari]

Arakan hums softly, " i know you'll keep your mouth shut, so yes." he reaches the next building and looks over the group before sighing, " alright, line up, lets get this done quickly please."

Nikiri watches as the demons obey arakan before humming, "That was most gracious of him."

Arakan makes a negative sounding noise, " he's very optimistic that he can change things." he scans each collar, confirming it works before moving onto the next one.

nikiri hums, "Well i suppose he was raised by humans so if anyone knows how to deal with them it would be him. he's quiet for a moment before opening his mouth again, "If all goes well maybe i'll give him a reward."

Arakan sighs, " well, hopefully it goes well. somehow i doubt it though." he raises an eyebrow, " reward from you? like what."

Nikiri shrugs, "since he's more than likely a breeder demon I wouldn't doubt it if he was feeling pent up and needed... release. I could offer him a literal helping hand with the promise that we both pretend it never happened. Who knows if he might be interested in such a thing but it never hurts to ask considering he must be very uncomfortable right now."

The temps drop in the room as the implications sink in, before Arakan reins in his temper and they raise again, " is that so. well im glad he has someone to help him there. The fact that it's even a thing disgusts me to no end, to think that the humans were trying to breed us like livestock. despicable. at least we are aware of this now."

Nikiri does his best to hide his mischievous grin before humming, "well to be fair I have no clue if he honestly does have help yet. I plan to ask him but it is my first time bringing up the offer to him. He may say yes but he might also slap me across the face. He seems to be too proud to admit his body has needs that need to be taken care of before they get out of control."

Arakan sighs, " Izanagi won;t be pleased to share you. i doubt he has help, since he has been under watch most of the time."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri shrugs, "well normally I wouldn't be too pleased about sharing my partner either but he goes out all the time when I'm not available. Besides I know that as soon as a higher rank demon comes along and can handle izanagi I'll certainly be put aside. And someone will have to help takana eventually. You won't, and that other demon that's watching them is straight so the least I could do is offer my services."
