Takana heard arakan as he gets inside and begins to get some laundry done. 
After a few minutes Takana's eyes widen and he turns bright red when his brain processes exactly what arakan said

Arakan shakes his head and waits outside while Kaiten comes. When the Chimera arrives he nods to him before leaving to go get things taken care of.

Kaiten heads up to the apartment, letting himself in.

Takana is still bright red as he busies himself with cleaning, letting time tick by

Kaiten notes the others flushed face, " are you ill? you are very red."

Takana squeaks softly when Kaiten speaks up. His ears twitch as he looks over at the demon, "i- no. no im not ill. "

[Namari]

Kaiten raises an eyebrow, " alright. if you say so." he leans back on the couch, getting comfortable.

takana goes back to cleaning, looking at the carpet and frowns a little. he wished he could get his hands on a vacuum. They had mentioned a dump, and no not the entire district, and while arakan didnt seem too enthused about the location, takana still wanted to see what could be in there. maybe he could get enough parts to start making a vacuum.

Izanagi soon makes his way home, coming in and sighing as he sits at the kitchen table, " work is way less fun without you."

takana blinks and looks at izanagi, "how so? im in the back in the kitchen all day so you barely talk to me. or... is it that my food brings in boys for you to flirt with?"

[Namari]

Izanagi grins, " i mean it is fun to pester you when i come to get stuff, but yeah your food brings in sooooo many cuties."

[MissyLooni]

Takana snorts, "right. Well luckily for you it'll be business as usual tomorrow. "

Izanagi grins, " yay me!"

A few days go by and Makoto sits in his office early morning, sipping his coffee.
He had a meeting to look forward to on a project that he gave to their lead scientists. He found it interesting that despite Takana's refusal to take over the company the boy sure did create plenty of blueprints and ideas involving the company's product.
The boy also scrapped the projects but they seemed flawless so of course makoto was going to use them as his own.
This would revolutionize the collars they already made and if everything worked out well it would be the final nail in the coffin, figuratively and literally, to secure his position of power as the new ceo of the kuroshiba company after his stepfather dies.
The old bastard HAD to acknowledge how well he was doing and that him being the ceo is better for everyone involved.

He grinned, sipped some more coffee before picking up the newspaper. Everything was going perfectly and once he had this company his poor mother would be free from the old man and would never have to lift a finger again.

Makoto's eyes scanned over the news before his eyes linger on a picture of his wife entering a limo by the demon district gates.
He frowns and sighs, "honestly, what is she thinking these days. I feel like I hardly know her anymore." He takes another sip before something catches his eye and he chokes on his coffee, spitting and coughing a little before bringing the paper closer.
In the background of the picture he can see the districts damned cold hearted demon bastard and right next to said bastard was a very, VERY familiar pink haired brat.

He stared for a good five minutes, shocked and confused before he tosses the paper on his desk and grabs his phone, dialing his mother.
The last thing they needed was the chance of the old man seeing the paper and his missing son.

Kahana lays back as a facial soothes her skin, cucumbers over her eyes as she relaxes. When she hears her phone she gropes for it for a moment before answering it and lifting it to her ear, " Kahana Kuroshiba."

Makoto takes a deep breath and sighs when he hears his mother on the line, "mother? Are you sitting because I have unfortunate news."
