Izanagi looks over, still upsidedown. " I'm bored."

Takana snorts softly, "good thing we have work soon. you'll be less bored when you're working." he begins to put the food away."

izanagi nods, " maybe Nikiri will show up! might be able to drag him into the back room for a bit~" he grins.

Arakan sighs, " you do know you're saying that in front of your employer right?"

[MissyLooni]

Takana sighs and looks at izanagi, "and I am not sure he'd appreciate you doing that. I'm sure he'd rather choose a bedroom."

[Namari]

Izanagi pouts, " he's too busy for that. if i could get him to a bedroom i would."

[MissyLooni]

Takana blinks and raises an eyebrow before looking at arakan, "are you giving nikiri work elsewhere? Why would he be so busy?"

[Namari]

Arakan raises an eyebrow, " his family is in charge of communications. i trust them to manage their work."

[MissyLooni]

Takana blinks, "oh. Didn't know that. Interesting." He looks at the time and looks at izanagi, "well let's get to work."

[Namari]

Arakan nods, " it's his familys specialty, and the reason they're considered as high of rank as they are. they're really the only reason we have communication between districts, the humans don't particularly like the idea of us being able to trade information. We mostly tell the humans that we send them to the other districts for their talent in linguistics." He heads for the door.

Izanagi slides off the couch onto the floor, adjusts his skirt and follows.

Takana hums and nods, following arakan, "so that would explain why he has so many siblings."

[Namari]

Arakan sighs, " yes, that is indeed part of why he has so many siblings. his father wishes to take advantage of the mix that produced such an effect."

[MissyLooni]

Takana snorts, "congrats for him I guess... he's at least had that amount of sex. "

[Namari]

Arakan grimaces, " we have discouraged him from being so enthusiastic in his procreation. his wife is not holding up under the strain well, which is part of why Nikiri is busy. he has his mother and many siblings to take care of."

[MissyLooni]

Takana frowns, "oh... that's unfortunate. Despite his cheeky personality he seems to be a very kind brother."

[Namari]

Arakan nods, " he's a good man. he takes good care of his family. And even if i want to strangle him now and then, he has a good head on his shoulders and isn;t afraid to call me out when needed. He's reliable."
