Korri sighs softly, " i never did particularly approve of trying to get rid of them, however they chose their fate. when we fought for our freedom and our lives they turned their backs on us. it's concerning that there are changelings among the humans, since that's where Takana came from. i'll have to look into this."

helios sighs, "regardless of the neutral stance they took we all thought they were instinct. And to be fair, a changeling's instincts are to hide amongst the crowd so if there are more of them out in the human district they more than likely have no clue. They could be exactly like takana in which their demon side is dormant and they live their lives as normal humans. Man wouldnt that rile both sides up. If everyone found out they were some part demon could they still hate the demon district or will the lines be too blurred to hold prejudice." he waves his hand dismissively, "moving on from that thought, since takana knows that we know he's human he doesnt have to hide his past from us like he has to with the demons so if he can spill more information about his parents it would help us figure out where the demon half comes. help track down the lineage and see how big of a problem we have on our hands."

Korri sighs softly, " indeed. i'll see about speaking with him to try and find out. what a mess..."

Nikiri sighs, "you're telling me... "

Helios shrugs, "what can ya do? But that's all I have to tell you guys."

Korri shakes her head, " thank you for the information. please see about getting a pair of ears that is not made out of dead demon parts so that hopefully we can stop this problem, and hopefully keep Takana from finding out. for now anyway."

helios shrugs, "I'll see what i can do but honestly changeling dna is the absolute BEST for just about everything. especially for healing others since you can just replace parts or have a skin graft without worrying about the body rejecting the changeling parts. Changelings should have been kept alive for the usage of their body parts."

Korri tsks softly, " i've been managing to heal without use of it for this long... but perhaps i should look into this as well. what herbs i can get are extremely limited, i often need to use great amounts of my own energy to heal things that my records say our kind were able to heal with ease." she sighs. " as unethical as it sounds, i think i will ask a sample from you. though do not allow anyone else to hear you say they ought to have been kept for their body parts, it sounds far too much like what the humans were doing with our bodies when they killed us before my husband began burning them before they could take them. i doubt it would be received well."

helios hums softly, "a sample huh? I can give you some of the better pieces i have, although you already have the freshest sample that i could never get my hands on. But if takana suddenly dies or something i would pay handsomely for his body! In the name of science of course."

Nikiri grimaces, "we'll have more to worry about if he dies then making sure you get a piece."

Helios sighs softly, "yeeeeaaah kinda a bummer than he's the kind of person that people would actually look for if something happened to them. What a bit of irony we have." he grabs a few tightly sealed vials of goo and hands them to korri, "maybe even some of his blood would be nice. he doesnt have to die to get some blood from him."

Korri looks hard at Helios, " there are some things that should not be considered. regardless i will see what i can do with this." she tucks the vials into one of her sleeves and into one of the hidden pockets within them. " i almost wonder if the changes he may bring are worth the trouble he will cause..."

nikiri sighs, "Lets head back Korri."

Sh nods, " agreed. i'd like to check on your mother, see if she rested as i told her to. the excursion was good for her, but tiring." she turns and heads for the door, shifting and flying ahead to hover at the exit.

nikiri hums softly, "id like to also take this opportunity to visit home and see how my younger siblings are doing. Elyza has been being a handful and i think maybe spending the day with her would be a good break for the household. Rylie and Rae are shadowing Rita and Seraphi and Phae are doing their own training. A bit different than the training the other siblings got but since its seraphi.... we have to be a bit more careful for her sake."

Korri shifts back once they're out, " indeed. she's the one who's antlers keep breaking correct? i have been wondering if it may not be better to try and neutralize the antler bed and prevent them from growing back entirely. it would take some recovery afterwards, but then she would not be expending so much energy growing new ones just to have them break."

"mother has been thinking about that too. If she didnt have antlers at all then we wouldnt have to worry about the chances of them breaking badly and causing damage. But father thinks once she grows older she'll be strong enough to properly grow antlers and that line of thinking has made Seraphi stubborn as well to have antlers. we tried to tell her that having antlers doesnt impede on her abilities but she always looked up to father so.... yeah."

Korri sighs softly, " of course he did. why am i not surprised."
