Curtis shakes his head, "nope not that I'm aware of."

[Namari]

Arakan nods, " alright then." he thinks for a moment, " im not sure you heard, there was... some things that happened. Takana doesn;t have a phone right now, and he's living somewhere else." he looks sideways at Curtis, " and im aware his deception."

Curtis nods, "Yeah I heard from the guards that they got a good look of corrin making an example of takana before getting into his car. Sorry for not telling you. He kinda told me he'd tell my wife of my cheating if I spilled the beans."

Arakan nods, " i didn;t expect you would, we are tentative allies at best after all. figured you should be aware regardless."

[MissyLooni]

Curtis nods, "I'm glad that I don't have any other secrets. I don't have a very good memory after all so lying isn't something I enjoy doing."

[Namari]

Arakan nods, " good to know. i don;t particularly enjoy being lied to. well, with that dealt with, should i leave you my number so you can get in touch with me if you manage to set up introductions to those other guards that will hopefully transfer?"

Curtis blinks, "uh sure yeah." He pulls out his phone,  "ready when you are. "

Arakan rattles his number off. " tht deals with that i suppose. now i've got other things to attend to... like making sure there's demon guard rotations to ensure the safety of the humans when we start letting them in. Neither side is liking this change very much." he rubs the bridge of his nose.

Curtis puts the number in his cell phone before looking up at arakan, "ah that's a bit of a shame. I'd help you if I could with that but unfortunately I think the last thing that would be helpful is a human guard ordering demons to protect humans so I'm gonna stay put of that one."

[Namari]

Arakan chuckles, " yeah... i'd advise not trying to do that if you want all parts to remain connected to you. you're not well loved among my people. hopefully time will ease the tensions, but for now i'll settle for some money to get brought in so that i can hopefully buy some of the supplies we've needed for years."

[MissyLooni]

Curtis shrugs, "you still have isabelle's contact. I'm sure she'd have no problem giving or lending money to you."

[Namari]

Arakan looks at him for a long moment, " use your brain for a moment. And just what kind of message does that send to my district, to be reliant on a human. She may be a very kind human, but still a human. To owe her, for basic necessities. it's bad enough im brining humans into the district, and trying to improve relations with them, if my people thought for a moment that i was under her thumb, they would not stop until i was dead and a new family was leading."

Curtis shrugs, "hey man, it was just a thought. No one but her and you has to know. Not that you have to do it but it was just a suggestion man."

[Namari]

Arakan sighs, " if it were that easy i would consider it. But this human suddenly start coming around, and suddenly we have a bunch of funding? people will make the connection i assure you. regardless, i appreciate the attempt."

Curtis shrugs, "well I know she also needs help as well. Regardless, if we're done here for now I do have to get back to my post before my crew thinks I have a fetish as well."
