Nikiri sighs softly, "first of all I apologize for making a comment about about the choice of actions you chose to disclose with me. It was never a comment about your leadership necessarily since we were in this private dwelling where i thought our conversation was more friend to friend rather than advisor to leader. That was my mistake and it wont happen again."

Arakan blinks and hesitates, " i appreciate you clarifying that. As it was a matter i needed to think on as a leader, i did indeed take it that way. i should not have brought your family into the matter, it was immature of me, and disrespected the family that has served ours faithfully during my fathers reign."

Nikiri is still for a moment before giving a little nod, "I do appreciate that. You of all people know how I am when it comes to my family so... I was honestly planning on leaving the district all together or else I'd punch you in the face. As a friend." He grins a little.

Arakan snorts, " you leave the district and leave your mother to take care of the family herself? I can't see it. Regardless I lashed out and that was wrong of me, regardless how I felt about what you said. It doesn't help that you brought Takana into it, and I know I can't give him what he deserves right now."

Nikiri hesitates a little before sighing, "Luna was set to take over meetings if necessary and I have a cousin in the 3rd district that was more than happy to trade places with and watch over mother for a little bit so... yes. I was.. am ready to leave if need be. And I shouldn't have brought him into it but you were talking about killing his brother. That's serious. That would cause us to lose takana and isabelle thus ending a potential ally for our district. I freaked."

Arakan rubs his temples, " I'm aware. We're not talking about a human though, we're talking about a wendigo. We have no idea if he changes if he have control or not. If he starts killing people...I may not have a choice."

Nikiri sighs, "and I believe there is always a different choice. He may be HALF wendigo but he is also half human and I feel like if you really wanted more information you would talk to their mouse friend since they have already mentioned being corrins slave for over 200 years. But from the looks of it he doesn't like you very much."

Arakan sighs, " we'll see. If he loses control and kills people...I can't just do nothing. As for their mouse friend, I've hardly spoken to him so no idea why."

Nikiri snorts softly, "probably because he feels like he must protect the kids and you are currently 2 for 2 on his radar. But as much as I want to argue about the circumstances involving yori I'd rather us be friends. And for us to stay friends I think it's best if I let you in on things that I know and have kept quiet about."

Arakan raises an eyebrow, " two for two? I mean I guess Takana and I had that fallout but what else is there? " He blinks, " you've been keeping secrets?" He frowns, thinking back on their discussion with the caladiums tears.

Nikiri glances at arakan, "you didn't notice the mouse casually hiding behind a box of cereal on the counter when we had our arguement? That's unlike you. And yes I have but not about what's in this district, just about what I know about the humans. It was originally a program to help me guide you as a leader without you knowing about certain things involving the humans and I was sworn secrecy but at this point I doubt you'd tell anyone that I broke some rules of a no longer existing contract."

Arakan sighs, " well fuck. No, I've had a lot on my mind, particularly that day. After that... Situation can you blame me for being a bit off my game? As of I'd go tattling to some humans I don't even know who they are?"

Nikiri shrugs, "you could also inform your parents which also is a no no. Regardless..." He sits on the couch next to arakan, "remember when we were really young like.. 12 I think and you were really busy and we didn't hang out for that whole month?"

Arakan rubs his temple, " ugh, kind of? i don't even remember we didn't hang out, things were just a blur of lessons and training. but i suppose yeah, i don't remember you being there. i barely had time to think that month."
