The day soon comes to an early end thanks to the curfew and takana finishes up closing down the kitchen

Arakan had managed to get some more sleep after eating and waits for Takana and Izanagi, figuring the girls can head home on their own since it's still light out. " good news, i found someone to take over, so i'll be able to get some actual sleep tomorrow."

The manager grabs her things, " you ready to go Hikari? do we need to stop by your place for anything you might have missed?"

[MissyLooni]

Hikari shakes her head, "i have what i need, thank you though."

Takana looks at arakan and gives a hesitant nod, "okay. Im glad you'll be getting rest then..."

[Namari]

Arakan nods, " yeah, i can't sleep at night since that's when we're at the highest risk. And i do need to sleep more than a couple hours a day, which has been about what i've gotten lately. He's not my first pick, but he's the only c rank that would agree to do the job and has the ability to face another c rank or higher. fuck knows none of the other b ranks in the district will do it." he sighs. " anyway, lets get you two home."

Izanagi grabs his bag, " yeah the other b ranks tend to kinda be assholes. not you." he glances at Arakan.

Arakan raises an eyebrow, " i heard nothing."

Takana looks a little nervous but he doesnt say anything as they head home.

Arakan walks them home and heads up into the apartment with them, " i'll stay here until nightfall, then i need to patrol." he sits on the couch, not making it a request.

Takana goes to his room and sighs. he grabs his book and sits down and starts reading it, curious as to who this knew fucking demon will be

Arakan dozes on the couch.

Izanagi hums to himself, debating on if he ought to text Nikiri or not. He grumbles and flops onto his bed, bored with the extra time to kill and nobody to kill it with.

after a few hours takana decides he's bored and hungry. he hums softly before getting up and going to the kitchen, putting on an apron. it was dinner time so he might as well make something to eat.

Izanagi hears Takana in the kitchen and curiously goes in, " whatcha makin?"

Arakan continues sleeping

takana looks at izanagi, "Chicken enchilada's. that way i can make enough to make sure arakan can have some too."

[Namari]

Izanagi blinks and grins, " right."

[MissyLooni]

Takana scowls slightly, "Oh knock it off."

[Namari]

" i didn't say anything!" Izanagi pouts, " i just think it's cute you're making extras for your crush~"

[MissyLooni]

Takana hisses softly, "I have NEVER called him that. why is it anytime i want to do something nice for him you make it sound like its because i like him? You know it will never happen so whats the fun with all of this teasing?"
