Takana shrugs, "its not like they have any actual abilities. at most the okuya family are translators from humans, thats it."

[Namari]

Yori shrugs, " i mean that chick that was leaping over buildings carrying me can do a heck of a lot more than i can."

[MissyLooni]

takana raises an eyebrow, " and humans having weapons can do a whole lot more than her."

[Namari]

Yori snorts, " but they have to have weapons. she can do it just being her. even if i had a knife i wouldn't count on winning."

[MissyLooni]

"Yeah fat load jumping did for her. Humans still won the war despite their powers."

[Namari]

Yori frowns, " but that's because w-... they had to use armies and lots of weapons. the books say the demons had to be outnumbered."

[MissyLooni]

Takana sighs,  "we read history books that were made from the side of the winner so of course there is bias. I have a book made from the demons perspective and I have been writing notes of things that actually match up. I want to know what happened. I want the truth. "

[Namari]

Yori blinks, " but you can do that from home just as easily as from here. take the book with."

[MissyLooni]

Takana bristles, "I- Im not gonna take probably the one book they have of their history. thats stealing."

[Namari]

Yori snorts, " we can always bring it back when you're done. obviously they're not using it right now if you have it. you'll probably even be able to be done with it sooner if you leave since you won;t be working here anymore."

[MissyLooni]

"Yori. I already told you. It's enough. I'll come home when I come home. "

Yori huffs softly, " well then i want to move here."

[MissyLooni]

Takana glares, "absolutely not."

[Namari]

Yori glares back, " and who says i need your permission? maybe i'll just go ahead and find an apartment here for myself."

"Yori i dont like telling you what to do and I dont WANT to but you would need to turn your attitude a complete 180 before I would feel comfortable with you living in the demon district. And im not about to have this discussion with you right before my shift for work."
