Topic: To Cross That Line (Namari x Missylooni)

Takana's ears flick and he pulls back a little,  "i... I get it." He hums and quickly gets up,  "I'm gonna go shower. " He puts his page away before heading to the bathroom

[Namari]

Arakan sighs softly, " yeah, alright."

Izanagi finishes his meal and puts the plate into the sink before going to his room, looking satisfied.

[MissyLooni]

Takana gets in the shower, his ears back as he huffs, thinking about what arakan said. He didn't want to argue semantics with the demon but it was so infuriating. Both sides just needed to make up already damn it!

[Namari]

Arakan sighs softly, he wasn;t going to sugarcoat it for him. He knew that Takana would do all he could, but the smaller male simply didn;t understand how the humans acted.

[MissyLooni]

Takana finishes getting cleaned up and steps out of the shower, getting a towel around his waist before stepping out and going to his room

[Namari]

Arakan glances over and sighs, getting the couch set up for sleep.

[MissyLooni]

Takana closes the door, mainly so he can take the towel off and be naked while he grabs some pajamas, using the towel to instead dry his hair

Arakan lies down on the couchbed and settles in to sleep for the night.

[MissyLooni]

In the morning takana is already awake and dressed, pot full of coffee and the stove top already going as he focuses on anything besides his own thoughts.

Arakan wakes up and groggily goes to the kitchen, hair messy, " mornin."

[MissyLooni]

Takana glances at arakan, "morning. there's coffee, as always."

[Namari]

Arakan nods and pours himself a mug, taking it back to the couch and sitting.

[MissyLooni]

Takana is tense as he keeps cooking,  glancing now and then at the time and frowning. He couldn't believe how fast time seemed to be going.  This was their last day to check all of those demons...

[Namari]

Arakan gulps down his coffee and gets up, " sorry to skip out on breakfast, but i really need to get to work. there's no time to waste. there's a lot to do still. speaking of which, remind me to check you two when i get home, im not sure at what time they'll call for the inspection but better check tonight to be sure it's not first thing in the morning." he checks his phone, " Kaiten will be here in a few minutes, i wouldn't be surprised if i pass him on the way out. i'd wait but... i can't." he runs a hand through his hair, " down to the wire..." he heads for the door.

Takana's has jerks up and he frowns,  "without breakfast? Um- wait- i-" Takana  doesn't finish his sentence as he quickly grabs the buttered toast that was on arakans plate and he rubs over to the demon, "here,  you can at least eat this in the way or right? Something in your stomach is better than nothing! "
