Topic: To Cross That Line (Namari x Missylooni)

Takana perks up when arakan talks to him, "um.. yeah actually if that's alright? I could have some time to hang out with my brother and leave izanagi to... whatever he's thinking about while staring at his steak bone...."

Isabelle nods,  "that should be fine. It'll just be a quick peak and honestly Takana you're not too much of a plant person. You might get bored. "

[Namari]

Izanagi snaps out of it, " hm?"

Arakan nods, looking at Indigo briefly, " i am entrusting these three to your watch. do not disappoint me." he stands.

Indigo blanches somewhat and stands, bowing at the waist, " of course."

Arakan nods and looks to Isabelle, " when you're ready."

Isabelle stands up and gently presses any creases out of her dress before looking at arakan, "ready."

Takana snorts at izanagi, "I've seen you stare at anything so intently before. You alright?"

[Namari]

Izanagi chuckles, " sorry, it was so good. And I'm so full, I feel kinda dazed."

Arakan nods and heads out of the apartment, keeping his pace slow enough for Isabelle to easily keep up.

Once Arakan is gone Indigo sits back down, " ah, nothing like being reminded of your mortality in the face of failure." He chuckles s bit and slowly finishes off his meal, clearly savoring every bit.

[MissyLooni]

Takana smiles, "well hopefully Isabelle can pay off your delivery drivers and get meat and produce here along with other necessities." He looks at indigo, "thankfully for you it's been pretty quiet and I don't plan on heading out anytime soon."

Isabelle made the smart decision to wear flats instead of heels, unlike last time, so she can keep up a bit easier with arakan. She keeps quiet, almost in a mode that she puts herself in when she is nervous

[Namari]

Izanagi nods, " that would be nice... not gonna count on it though." he grabs the bone and heads to his room, starting to chew on it for the flavor.


Yori blinks, " he's kinda weird."


Indigo takes his plate to the sink, " i appreciate you not making my job harder than it needs to be."


Arakan glances back at her after a bit of silence and raises an eyebrow, " you're nervous. I will not allow you to be harmed."

Takana nods and looks at yori, "Yeah he's weird. Not bad but definitely weird."
He looks over at indigo, "I honestly do try to not make things difficult despite my constant actions."

Isabelle gives a soft squeak before looking at the ground, "I understand." She did her best to relax, despite still being nervous. Arakan was a man with a tense air around him so she couldn't help but be nervous

Yori nods, " very weird."

Indigo chuckles, " i have heard you tend to get yourself into some interesting situations."

Arakan sighs softly, heading up to the roof of the building and stepping aside to let her look at the planters.

[MissyLooni]

Takana hums, "I'm sure you've seen the stunts I have pulled since being here. Although I promised arakan I wouldn't jump in front of a gun anymore."

Isabelle goes over to the planters and looks at them, "these are crudely put together but I'm sure it's just what you had on you. Thankfully planters aren't terribly complicated. If you plan to make more I would suggest adding another 6 inches of height or if it's easier material wise you could just add another plank worth of height on some of your existing planters so that they can be deeper for carrots. If it's hard to find more planks then I can always add it to the list of things to smuggle over."

[Namari]

Indigo nods, " much appreciated, my abilities will do nothing against bullets so i'd have to hope i could get myself in front of you in time. that's not something i'd prefer to do."

Arakan nods, " i'll see what we can find. you're already going to be trying to get a lot of things here, im sure we can figure something out. the wood doesn;t need to be in perfect condition, so im sure we can find some things to scrap."

[MissyLooni]

Takana looks at yori, "so what's new for you? Did ya have fun at the cruise?"

Isabelle nods, "yes the wood is going to get damaged anyway over time so no need to use anything that could serve a better purpose."

Nikiri sits at home with his mother Imogen and his father Orym.
His mother rests in a lounge style loveseat while nikiri pours her some tea and they both listen to Orym's bombastic personality exaggerate a story.

Orym is only halfway through his tale when he suddenly stops talking and whips his head towards one of their large windows upon hearing a message from one of his daughters.

Nikiri and Imogen are also staring, their complexions grow pale before nikiri sets the tea down and looks at his parents, "you two contact arakans parents while I call him."

Imogen and Orym quickly pull out their phones while nikiri leaves the room and calls arakan.

Yori nods, " yeah... i mean i didn;t wanna go, but dad and i watched deadpool and then i tried out the skydiving tunnel and we did a whole bunch of other really fun stuff. dad really tried hard to be there and spend a bunch of time with me, which was kinda weird at first but then it was really nice."


Arakan nods, " indeed." he hears his phone and pulls it out to see who it is, frowning, " excuse me, i need to see if this is important or not." he answers it, " what do you want?"

Nikiri's voice sounds a little strained over the phone, trying to keep himself calm, "Rin just contacted the family. There was an incident in the 5th district while she was in a meeting and now the whole district went into an enforced lock down because the demon that caused the whole thing escaped."

Takana checks out a little when yori starts talking about their father, "ah. Cool. Skydiving."

[Namari]

Arakans eyes narrow, " that's not far from here, fuck. is my father aware?" he glances over at Isabelle and waves for her to follow him and heads down from the rooftop, scanning around him as he's on high alert.

[MissyLooni]

"Mother and father got her message as well so they went to inform your parents. Arakan i- Rin's message cut out after and we haven't been able to reconnect our link... I don't know what to do."

Isabelle glances over and sees arakan. She blinks and sets down a planter before following him in confusion
