isabelle quickly wipes her eyes with some tissues

takana snorts when yori grumbles, "if you're not up in 5 im dragging you out." he leaves his room

Indigo opens the bag and pulls some of the containers out, dishing a few of the pancakes within onto a plate which he sets in front of Isabelle, " did you want more coffee?"

Arakan knocks on Izanagi's door and demon comes out, draped in Nikiri's kimono and yawning, " im up..."

Yori fully goes back to sleep.

arakan heads back to the table and gets a few onto his own plate and sits on the floor to eat, leaving actual seating for the others.

Takana goes to the kitchen and gets yori a plate for when he gets up before getting a plate himself, "thank you arakan."

isabelle looks at indigo and shakes her head, "Im good, thank you though."

Indigo nods and gets his own meal ready, sitting to eat.

Arakan nods, " well, figured even you can use a break now and then."

Izanagi gets some water and a plate of pancakes, drenching them with syrup before munching with soft happy noises.

Takana sits down with his meal and starts eating, "you're not wrong. I think once things get settled we should all get a break." He chuckles softly.

Isabelle sits politely with her food, "yes thank you arakan. I appreciate it." She starts eating

Arakan laughs softly, " well i doubt i'll get much of one anytime soon, with all the changes i'll be busy making sure things go smoothly. But grabbing food to save us having to cook is easy enough."

Takana gives a soft sigh as he stares at arakan, smiling. He could listen to arakan laugh all day, "yeah..."

Isabelle pauses, mid-bite to look at takana and raise an eyebrow. She thought there was some chemistry between the two, she was a woman who appeared in magazines after all, but she had no idea just how much takana was into arakan.
She sets her fork down and hums softly, "yori still in bed?"

Takana snaps out of it and looks at Isabelle, "what? Oh yeah. Yeah you know how yori is. If it's before 11am it's too early for that kid."

Arakan shakes his head, " i could never sleep in that late, even if i didn't have so much to get done." he finishes off his plate and sets it next to him, checking his phone and sipping some coffee.

Indigo catches Isabelles tone, " i could step out for some fresh air if you'd like."

isabelle looks at indigo, "oh gosh no you're fine. Admittedly i shouldnt stay too long today or else i'll never hear the end of it."

Indigo frowns, " your husband doesn;t like you being out for long?"

Izanagi finishes his and puts the plate into the sink.

Isabelle sighs, "There is a lot of things he doesnt like. but its not just him."

Takana snorts, "the paparazzi and magazine tycoons love a scoop they can exaggerate so im sure the longer you're here and not in the 'safety' of the human district makes them all assume the worst."

Isabelle nods, "Yes exactly that. I dont need those goons coming up with lies and speculation about what i do here and why it takes me so long to go home. its bad enough they can fabricate a whole story about how lazy i must be should i wear the same outfit more than once. Its like the concept of a washing machine falls on smooth brains."

[Namari]

Indigo nods, " i suppose if staying will cause you trouble we should get you out of here soon." he hesitates, " do humans often only wear clothing once before disposing of it?"

Isabelle hums softly, "no, most of them are too poor for such practices. The problem for me is that I am considered wealthy AND a fashion icon so people expect that my wardrobe is different daily. "

[Namari]

" ah, understood. humans are absurd sometimes." he shakes his head. " im glad our society at least does not have to deal with such things. there are expectations among certain families of course, and for the different classes, but nothing so absurd."

[MissyLooni]

"You guys seem to have.... expectations when it comes to survival and the greater good for your people from what I understand. I honestly don't think there are any humans like that. Not ones that I have met."

Takana snorts softly as he finishes up his food and brings his plate to the sink, "what, you haven't met yourself yet?"

Isabelle blushes a little as her eyes glance over at takana, "I'm not that wonderful. I'm simply making amends and restitution for what has occurred already in the past in hopes for a better future."

Takana chuckles softly, "so humble."
