Topic: To Cross That Line (Namari x Missylooni)

Isabelle smiles softly, "I'm more than fine yori. Maybe a little tired but yesterday was a little... overwhelming so it's understandable."

Corrin, with several armed guards, approaches the gate and goes over to the guard in charge, "I'm going to need an armed escort to the detention building along with a request for this districts leader and someone by the name of takana."

The leader blinks, not used to seeing the one and only Corrin Kuroshiba, "um yes of course! I'll arrange that right now, sir!"

Yori nods, " that's good, i was so worried... that was so weird. im glad everyone is okay though." he pulls a chair close to the bed to sit.


Ryokan frowns as he gets a page that he's being summoned, growling and telling Arakan before heading for the meeting location.

Arakan pales when he sees Takana is being requested, going there to fetch him, " Takana. The head of the Kuroshibas is asking for you."

Takana turns to looks at arakan, turning pale, "i-... what? No! I don't want to go!"

Corrin soon enters a steel building, going to a special room where there are a few chairs and a table between then.

Corrin sits down on the chair that's on the human side of the room and patiently waits with his 15 guards

Arakan sighs, " they requested you by name, we don;t have a lot of choice here."

Ryokan walks in and takes his seat, looking across the table with a blank expression, " to what do i owe this displeasure?"

Corrin smiles at ryokan, "ah hello ryokan. Yes I'm here to retrieve what is mine, please and thank you."

Takana's ears flatten back, "God damn it...." He let's himself be taken to the detention center

Ryokan raises an eyebrow slowly, " anything within my district is mine, so i'll need more than that for information."

Arakan makes his way to the detention center and walks in, nodding to his father and taking a seat next to him.

Takana sees his dad and he gasps before instinctively backing up to the wall.

Corrin smiles when he sees takana, "takana! So this is where  you've been hiding for half a year! Well you're little game is done now. Let's go home."

Ryokan looks at Takana, then at Corrin, curling a lip, " you called me here for this bullshit? you can deal with this Arakan." he gets up and leaves.

Arakan dips his head to his father before looking at Corrin, " Takana is a member of our district. he's collared, and he has his paperwork. therefore he is under MY jurisdiction, not yours. If he wishes to stay here, i will not force him to leave."

Corrin raises an eyebrow, "yes I see he has one of our collars on, however he comes from my family and I have been searching for him for 6 months." Corrin hums softly, "it's not something we have to fight about. I'm ready to make an offer for you to return him peacefully. I understand your district made a new contract to allow humans in, right? I can make sure that goes well with no issues. Or what about the food standards that your filth cry about? I can bump you up well past district 2's standards for deliveries. I can even offer a much kinder inspection for your people. All this and more. Surely you have to think of the good of all of your people."

Takana's eyes widen slightly when his dad offers such a good deal

Arakans eyes narrow, " seeing as he's been so close and hasn;t contacted you, i think there was a reason he didn;t come home. it's a tempting offer, but i have things well in hand. we are earning better treatment, and instead of having you humans look on us as 'filth' in your words, charity cases, i'd rather earn our better conditions so that they may not be taken away at your whim."

Corrins eyes narrow and he stands up abruptly, "now listen here! I don't know what he's told you or who you think he is but he doesn't belong here!! You're lucky I don't blow this whole shit hole to pieces!"

Takana's ears flatten back and he gives a quiet sigh, "that's enough... I'll go home, okay?  Dont... do anything to this district, okay? There are really good people here and I don't want anything to happen to them."

Corrin huffs as he looks at takana, "your bedroom is still the way it was when you left however this time you'll be lucky if you get to keep your door."

[Namari]

Arakan snarls, " If you're threatening to start a war i warn you things will not be as they were before... we are not small groups scattered across the world. We're all in one place, and we're not happy about how things are. no matter what lies you tell the humans i doubt they'll approve of genocide. He's one of us, so he does belong here, more than he belongs with you humans for your disgusting breeding projects."

Corrin stutters briefly, stunned before looking at takana, "did you... tell him you were a demon?"

Takana huffs, "i... had to live somewhere..."

Corrin blinks before laughing loudly. Once he calms down he shakes his head, "ah I see. That makes things easier. Arakan, let me fully introduce you to my son. Takana Kuroshiba. He is a human. And he most certainly doesn't belong here. He's coming home with me."

Arakan freezes, eyes widening slightly. " you..." he looks between the two of them, eyes slowly narrowing. " i see. then take him and leave." he looks away, his voice emotionless.

Takana looks at arakan, "wa-wait arakan please, I can explain!"

Corrin snorts, "don't bother son. If you're not a demon then they don't care. Now take those ridiculous ears off and let's go home."
