Arakan closes his eyes for a long moment, " you didn;t think that i might want to know of a wendigo sighting... i don;t give a fuck who it was against, that's information i should know! for future information, any demons that are higher than b class that are outside of the districts? i should know this. also, if the district is on fire, or flooding, also things i should know. anything, that might endanger my district? are things i should know!" He rubs the bridge of his nose, pacing. " i need to see that footage. then... im not sure what then. i still want to tear your antlers out."

Nikiri hums softly, "this also means that takana and is brother are the first halflings to exist. and if you want to see that video you're obviously going to have to let them in."

Arakan growls, " they're the first confirmed halflings. we all know there were always demons who didn;t follow the rules back in the day. though i don;t think those halflings survived long. And i'd need to let Isabelle in, at least long enough to get the phone. Do not attempt to try and twist my arm Nikiri, you're on thin ice as it is. How can i trust you to do what's right for the district after this?"

nikiri grumbles softly, "how can i trust that YOU are thinking about whats best for the district and not just being upset about being lied to? Aside from actually being human he was honest about mostly everything else."

Arakan snarls, " if he lies about the most basic parts of what he is, how the hell am i supposed to know what was true and what wasn't? he made me look like a fool! Allowed me to believe he was being bred for some human experiment. that actually happens to demons, and he just... used that as a way to get me to take care of him!"

[MissyLooni]

nikiri growls, "He WAS kicked out for not wanting to have children YOU were the one that came to that conclusion on your own! And of course he wouldnt have told you! All you did was talk shit about them and all of the e rank demons told him how you hate humans! it only made sense for him to just survive before jumping ship!"
Nikiri gives an angry exhale from his nose, steaming coming out and his collar sparks just briefly

Arakan growls, " i made a logical conclusion based on what he told me. you know damn well there are demons we save from traffiking that actually were part of that. beyond that, it was a human. you never told me. Knowing that the son of the kuroshibas was in my district, is a tiny bit important."

[MissyLooni]

"And what exactly would you have done if you heard his last name on day one? Sent him on his way to the main gate with a stern talking to? Kill him on the spot? Or sent him to be interrogated and leave him scared? With the way things went he was able to get a real clue about how his dad rules the districts and you saw it yourself. he was appalled and wanted change. hell he even protected izanagi! And yet all of that just doesnt matter to you, does it?"

Arakan growls, " and how much of everything else he told me lies? how much of his 'good deeds' that we thought were helping us just ploys to get us to let down our guard? i don;t know what i would have done, but it's still not your choice to make."

"That's just it though! You have such a negative view on all humans that your first conclusion to one lie is that EVERYTHING must have been a lie and a ploy! But at the same time you won't even TALk to him! I'm not saying get back together but at least fucking talk and get some proper god damn closure!"

Arakan growls, " i had the mess he left behind to clean up first. to make sure my district was safe. This discussion is going nowhere. i will get Isabelle to show me the video, and i will consider the situation from there."

Nikiri snorts, "you have your information from me. Can I leave now?"

Arakan growls, " what information you deigned to share with me. you may go. i'll decide how to deal with you later." He grabs his phone and texts Isabelle, i've been informed you have a video that might have some valuable information on it? i would like to see it. he sighs, rubbing his temples. what was he going to do?

Isabelle squeaks softly, "oh... um arakan messaged me."

Takana flinches and looks away.

Isabelle sighs, "he must have found out about the wendigo and wants to see the video... I'll uh... go on my own..."

She responds, yes sir i do have a video...i can meet you at ypur gate if you permit it
