Korri takes another sip of her tea, " well a demon out of the district won;t be taken well, though that Isabelle girl seems like a good enough person, perhaps you can stay with her. And i believe that where he will be, will likely be mostly here again before long."

Arakan does his best to ignore this conversation.

Touhou scoffs, i doubt takana would want to come back over. He's safer at the cabin where he wont be sent back to his asshole of a father

" True, but he has reasons to come back here, or probably will once things get cleared."

Arakan eats his food once it arrives, checking the time on his phone.

Touhou huffs softly in doubt before finishing up the soup, having to tilt his head every so often since he doesn't have a tongue to push the food to his teeth to chew

Korri finishes her meal and her tea, sighing softly.

Touhou finishes his tea and sighs softly,  thank you for bringing me here. It's lovely and everyone's outfits look cute.

Korri smiles, " isn't it though? It was an idea we came up with to lift people's spirits a bit. Of course they don't have to wear the outfits If they really don't want to, but Izanagi enjoys it. We set to head back or would you like to walk some more?"

Touhou nods, I'm getting tired so i wouldnt mind heading back

Curtis gets to his station and hums softly,  "Ice is down... I guess that's an improvement."

Korri nods, leaving money to cover their bill and getting up, " have a lovely afternoon Arakan." and she heads back.

Arakan sighs, eating the rest of his meal before he heads back to the gate.

Touhou gives arakan another good glare before following korri

Curtis heard that arakan was looking for him so he sticks close to the gate, sipping from a capri sun

Arakan notices him and stops several yards away so that the guards don't get defensive, " been awhile. meant to do this before, but then... things happened. I need a list of men that would be decent candidates for the guardposts that'll be constructed in the district. Not that one." he nods to the guy that has questioned his ability to tell time earlier.

Korri gets them home and starts prepping things, " you may as well rest for now since you said you were tired. i have tools to disinfect and things to get ready before such a procedure anyway."

Touhou nods, i know I'll need a lot of rest for this. I appreciate you doing this for me.

Curtis nods, the drink pouch now empty so he pulls it out of his mouth, "how many? Admittedly we don't have too many guards at this gate that I would trust to not fuck up. Maybe 3 at most. If you need more than that I know of a couple of nicer guys in district 3 that I could ask for a transfer and introduce you if that's okay."

Arakan hums softly, " i think they wanted to put up at least two posts, and we'll need enough for rotations. i'd say four is the absolute minimum to cover the hours the district will be open to humans and give them the ability to take days off. Met Davie the other day, he seems like a decent candidate as well, if overly naive."

Curtis raises an eyebrow, "ah you already met Davie huh? Yeah he's one that I already thought of. He seems innocent at first but uh... I think he actually is someone with a... a demon fetish so just be careful about that."

Arakan sighs, " lovely, i don;t think having someone overly obsessed with demons will help, but i'll keep an eye on things. if he can keep it in his pants during work then i don;t care what he does in his spare time. ask those others from district three if one or two of them want to transfer, obviously it's better if it's a voluntary post. Anything else i should be aware of?"
