Takana stares at him for a minute before sighing, "sometimes i wonder if you think angry is my only emotion."

Nikiri smiles, "it's quite alright. In a way it's a win-win situation for everyone. My mother's family used to be known for protecting humans before the war, arakan wants to protect demons, both he and I consider the creature to be a sworn enemy and you want to be with your brother more so in the end everyone is happy."

Isabelle smiles at nikiri, "well regardless it's appreciated. If anything comes up and you or your family want some form of compensation or assistance with the sudden addition to the household please let me know and I can do that."

Nikiri shakes his head, "that won't be necessary but I thank you for the offer. Now, it looks like we'll have to make a quick stop to izanagi and takana's apartments to drop off takana's coat so we best be going."

Isabelle nods, "um,  there's a brown box that goes to izanagi if you could please give it to him. I have yet to see a coat on him and if I have then it wasn't a very good one."

Nikiri nods, "how generous of you."

Isabelle hugs yori, "have a good night yori, I'll call you in the afternoon since you don't get up in the morning, okay?"

Izanagi tilts his head, " i mean you're angry a lot, but im just trying to make sense of it. okay, different wording then. you're upset because he made sure those were the only lies, and now that he knows they were, and the reasoning, he trusts you again. you're upset that he trusts you."

Yori pouts a bit as Isabelle talks about him like he's a kid she's dropping off, then hugs her, " thanks, gonna miss you. i'll talk to you then!"

isabelle nods and heads home.

Nikiri smiles at yori, "lets get going. sun sets early and id rather not be outside once its dark." he heads to the apartments.

Takana sighs softly, "not a lot of people have access to such magical items like a truth... whatever you called them. Its a pretty big deal to lie to your partner and its worse that he found out on his own instead of me telling him. humans consider something like that to be a big deal. And i do to. To heal from something like that all we can really do is try our best to be honest in the future and to rebuild trust in our partner that they wont lie again. Im not mad that he used the tear things, hell i made him use them too. It made him admit that if i was honest from the very beginning he would have immediately thrown me out instead of hearing me out but... I now have to make sure I show him that i have nothing else to lie about. Its not the past or the present, but the future in making sure he doesnt have to worry about whether im lying or not. His immediate trust is unusual for me. Hell curtis lied about his whole double life and having a wife and even though he came clean AFTER he got her pregnant it hurt a lot and im constantly second guessing anything he says to me now. to me I think, "he lied once he can lie again." so thats where i stand i think. I lied once, i could lie again. So... i dont know. I of course wouldnt lie to arakan now but its still weird for him to just... trust me again."

Takana thinks for a minute before looking bummed, "I think im really just confused."

Yori nods, " makes sense." He heads after Nikiri, a little slower with all the bags he has.

Izanagi sighs, " I guess that makes sense. Most of us don't get to use those either, Caladrius birds are rare, and a lot of them got taken by humans even before the war. But hey, he sees you had a really good reason for the lies you did tell, and he has faith in you now that it's all cleared. Isn't that good? There's no awkwardness and doubt between you two."

takana sighs, "it... should be good.... i dont know why i feel so hung up on proving that i dont plan to lie in the future."

nikiri glances at him, "do you need me to take more of those bags? most of my antler is back so any lightweight bags could even be hung up on those." he chuckles softly

Izanagi gently pokes him, " well you can still prove it if you want to. though im not sure how you plan to prove it than just by... not lying."

Yori flushes a bit, " i don;t have any super light ones, sorry, i just kinda had to replace all of my clothes and stuff since i didn;t want to go back home... i don;t want to be more of a burden than im already gonna be."

[MissyLooni]

nikiri hums, "nonsense. my younger siblings will be curious to meet you and my mother will be excited to have a second boy in the house." he bends down and grabs at least two more bags from yori, "it'll be easier once we drop off a couple of these items."

Takana sighs, "mm its all about just being honest. its hard to describe but eh. i'll figure it out."

[Namari]

Izanagi nods, " so stop worrying so much. and don;t be cranky, considering everything that happened, it all turned out pretty good."

Yori reluctantly lets him and keeps up easier, " are you really the only boy in your family?"

Takana nods, "I'm incredibly lucky all things considered. And I ain't cranky. I'm pouty but not cranky."

Nikiri nods, "aside from my father, yes. I'm the first born, there's a little over a dozen of us kids and I'm also the only boy. Most of my sisters who are old enough have moved out and rarely visit unless we need extra help." 

They soon get to the apartments and nikiri just let's himself in, "helloooo~♡"

Takana looks over, "hey nikiri."

Yori blinks, " oh wow, that's a lot of siblings. i just have two older half brothers." he peeks around Nikiri and waves, " hi again Takana."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri steps aside so yori isn't blocked by him, "takana I have your coat."

"Oooh!" Takana gets up and takes his coat from the pile before giving yori a one armed hug, "good to see you yori~"

Yori sets a handful of stuff down to return the one armed hug, " you just saw me this morning, though im glad you're looking a lot better."

Izanagi blinks, " is Yori gonna be staying with us?"

Takana smiles, "I showered. Also arakan and I are back together soooo yeah."

Nikiri shakes his head, "there's isn't enough space here so for the time being he will be staying in summer's old bedroom. We converted it to a guest last year but haven't actually had any guests so it works out for us. Oh also, Isabelle said this box is for you. Something about not seeing you in a good enough coat."

[Namari]

Izanagi blinks and frowns, then tilts his head at the box, " huh?" he takes it and opens it, lifting the coat out, " oh my god it's so fucking cute! Nikiri look at this!" he holds it up to himself.

Yori frowns a bit, " is that... wise? after everything that happened? i mean, i know you were really upset when you guys weren't but... i dunno. sorry, im just worried."

Nikiri blinks and smiles, "She does seem to know you're color. And it looks very warm."

Takana nods, "we had a very long talk. I think we'll be fine."
