Korri raises an eyebrow and looks at him, " very well. thank you for being there for him." she smiles sweetly.

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri gives a hesitant nod, "every good leader needs someone they can rely on or else you end up like district 7 and 6."

[Namari]

Korri nods, " indeed. he has to face a great deal of pressure every day, please try not to be too upset with him."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri grumbles softly, "he could have just stuck an ice spike through me. That would have hurt a lot less."

[Namari]

She raises an eyebrow, " you said you had not been very kind yourself either. you're both young men with strong opinions."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri groans softly, "Yeah but I didn't bring you or ryokan into the arguement. He brought in my family which he knows is a point of contention for me."

[Namari]

She nods, " which was wrong of him. you have to remember as well that bringing the question of his leadership is going to be touchy for him as well. i have no doubt there's always a voice in his mind telling him he's not doing well enough, and to hear it echoed, well it may have hurt him more than he'd let on."

[MissyLooni]

"I didn't bring his leadership into question though. At least that's not what I said. He... could have taken my words and twisted them to his narrative but I was not speaking to him as my leader but rather my friend. Which is probably another reason why Luna might be a better option for him than me. She may not have the knowledge of the human district like I do but her lack of feelings will be less of a hassle for arakan."

[Namari]

She raises an eyebrow, " he mentioned an unpleasant option that may need to happen, and you were harsh to him about it, though i don't know exactly what you said. that sounds like questioning his judgement to me. im not saying you were wrong mind you."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri holds his hands up in defense, "questioning his judgement and questioning his leadership is not the same thing because as I said earlier I was speaking to him as a friend and not him being my leader because we were in private. So again, Luna would be better than i."

[Namari]

She sighs, " well i still don't know exactly what was said so it's difficult for me to accurately sort the situation. regardless, you both hurt each other."

[MissyLooni]

"I doubt your opinion would change much if you were there. You'd still tell me that I called his leadership into question and that we both hurt each other. Regardless, I'll still be the bigger person and apologize to him if that makes him feel better."

[Namari]

Korri smiles and gives him a quick peck on the cheek, " good. i'll consider myself satisfied with that for now, and there's your reward in advance."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri's eyes widen and he turns bright red when she does kiss him on the cheek, not ever expecting her to do that.

Korri chuckles at the look on his face, " alright, i'd probably better go check on the boys." she heads back over to Takana and the others, " how are we doing?"
