nikiri hums softly, "mmm.... im not sure. the program was cut short when i came home with bruises and my parents immediately shut it down... and helios would be terrified to find out you know of his lab but i think it'd be a good opportunity for you and him to talk since he knows a lot since district 2 gets a lot less restrictions.  networking is good. also your mom kissed me on my cheek for this and i am never washing my face again."

arakan hums, " makes sense. bastards, hurting a child... Yes, i think i do need to arrange a meeting with Helios at some point, i'll have to check my schedule. Oh? did she now. how generous. which cheek was it?"

nikiri hums, "Actually i got hit by a car. but regardless, um this side, " he points to his left cheek, "It was amazing~"

Arakan leans in to look, humming softly for a moment before grabbing Nikiris face in his hands and planting a smooch onto his left cheek before letting go with a grin.

nikiri gives a surprised yelp and stumbles back, looking horrified, "you- why would you do that?! You ruined her kiss spot!"

Arakan smirks, " that's the idea, now you can wash your face you nasty ass. plus good luck ever getting anyone to believe you."

nikiri looks flabbergasted before looking disgusted, "damn it arakan, i wanted to keep that on me for a while."

Arakan chuckles, " you can keep it, it's still there, but mine is too now."

nikiri snorts softly, "I dont want yours." he sighs softly, "So are we good now? Friends again?"

Arakan nods, " yeah, friends. lets attempt to not repeat this one."

Nikiri relaxes a little and sighs, "I'd rather not repeat it either. If you plan to see helios then give me a heads up so I can alert him to expect company otherwise you won't be able to get through the gate."

Arakan nods, " right, i've got to check on things. not to mention i postponed meetings yesterday thanks to that incident. lots to catch up on today. make sure Takana gets back to his apartment safely? oh, and code phrase for safety...hm, something that doesn;t seem ridiculously out of place but unusual enough that it wouldn;t typically come up in ordinary conversation.." he tips his head back to look at the ceiling, " maybe...something like 'did Izanagi ask you about the oranges?' i dunno."

Nikiri shrugs, "we'll figure out the code words. Thankfully Luna is getting some sort of mirror from kaeru's mother today so that can help. Maybe helios might have some other ideas as well."
