shiro blinks, a bit confused, before chuckling, "yes? yes i am yours."

Izanagi blinks, then blushes, " uh... my... my friend! um, my coworker was saying she'd steal you away from me and you'd rather be her friend." he quickly blurts.

Izanagi sighs, " okay, wrong word. someone strong enough that your parents will respect and not the town slut who's probably slept with half my district, and a good portion of any other district that has visited at any point."

Izanagi crosses his arms, " but you said you need a monogamous mate. even if i did stop sleeping with anyone else, everyone already knows basically anyone who has wanted a taste has gotten one. don;t get me wrong, last night was fantastic. but it's not gonna be easy for me to just... change."
