Tony glanced up when Loki came in with the equipment, the sensors having gone offline, so he'd been expecting something like that. "Thanks, just set them down anywhere." He had screens up with the data and was going over it.

Loki did as instructed, choosing a table with nothing else on it, and caught the end of what Frandal was saying. "Thor suggested that. He also suggested announcing it to Odin. I'd prefer not to have another suitor to deal with but I also don't favor the man's reaction while Thor's vulnerable." Whether his brother wanted to admit to it or not. He wasn't as on edge with Thor safely tucked away and went over to scan what'd been sent with a critical eye.

"Odin wants Thor to take the throne with heirs on the way, preferably mated. What he doesn't likely want, despite whatever his past intentions were, is that mate to be me." Did he once plan for this? Taking in a Jotun Alpha male as a political pawn to raise next to his Asgardian Omega son? Did he know even then? But no, their second genders were not revealed until years after. It would've been a calculated risk.

Volstagg thought about it and while he wanted to say that it was hard not to notice Thor and Loki's affections for each other over the years and perhaps this might be a giant push together.... But Odin had tried to destroy Loki's things and had been harsh in his punishments. Perhaps it was because of his actions though, in that he didn't know about the torture and mind control. Volstagg kept his mouth shut. It just wasn't worth brining up and stirring up feelings unneeded. "He is closer to Loki in personality, no offense."

A dry look was given to Volstagg, but Loki didn't bother arguing beyond that. In minute ways they were similar in their propensity to manipulate and lie, but Loki was far better at it and less...unsavory. Far more intelligent. "He's unable to see through my illusions. That will prove to be useful." Not that he had much doubt. Loki had powerful magic. Thor was only able to see through it because he knew him so well and likely because of the bond between them.

"Where is this plant?" Loki asked, turning to Tony. Tony pointed over to the chemistry side of the labs and Jarvis lit up the way. Loki followed the trail to the plant and began to study it, recognizing it immediately.

"Based on past results, Sir, I'm not sure if it's wise to recommend that course of action." Jarvis advised Thor while at the same time alerting Loki that Thor was now awake. "Mr. Stark, your guests, and Prince Loki are in the labs currently. Would you like to know the location of the others?"

When it became clear Thor was just going to plow ahead, Jarvis instructed. "Please turn the knobs all the way to the right. Then turn them two dots up, Sir. Afterwards, insert the bread into the slots and push down on the levers. Wait until it pops back up; it'll be done cooking." Training wheels. "There are also jams and jellies in the cupboard if you're feeling up to it, Sir."

"Mr. Stark was not joking. I informed him that I detected two anomalous shapes in your uterus that are indicative of two separate fetus', about an eight of an ounce each. Congratulations are in order." It was an event that'd probably be celebrated if things calmed down enough to let them. "I would strongly advise against that, Prince Thor. Your first duties are to your children now. Your second is to recover. It isn't a weakness to ask for help; you're left weak if you don't. You have many who are willing to protect you."

Jarvis was used to being used as a sounding board and asked for information. He had a personality but for the most part he was non-judgmental. "I believe Prince Loki will be very cross with you if you do, Prince Thor. I predict there will be several scolding's."

In the labs, Loki had run his tests on the plant, taking it out of the bag and everything. "It is the plant that's claimed, however the soil has been enhanced. Intensifying the potency of it." With a calculating look, he said, "If it were me, I would use it to dull his senses. He'd be easier to manipulate and charm; get him to do what I want."

Tony was keeping his distance. "Think it's enough to knock the Hulk out?"

"Yes. Though I wouldn't recommend trying to get him to drink it."

Tony had something else in mind though and hummed. "Mind if I take it then? If you're not going to use it."

"Go ahead. I'd rather use Midguardian herbs than something Kurse tampered with." He was an amateur magic user and Loki simply didn't like him. Going for the bag, Tony put it back over the plant just in case. He'd rather have all of his senses about him. This was going to take special equipment and he already had plans going in his mind.

"Oh, by the way, images confirm it. It's twins. Couldn't find any traces of Kurse at the Compound. Whatever he's using, tech isn't picking it up. If you've got a trick for that, let me know." Tony said, already head back to his work station.

"Prince Loki, Prince Thor has awoken."

Volstagg had gotten tired and got back to his room for a nap, later to eat. Loki took the opportunity and went down to his floor, feeling himself relax more when he stepped into their room and Thor's scent came to him. The smell of food also did though. "Did you cook?" He asked as followed Thor's scent to the bedroom and saw his eyes still open. Well, nothing was on fire, so Jarvis must've watched him. Walking up, he sat on the edge of the bed, rubbing the furrow between Thor's brows. "You're brooding again, brother."

Thor was laid on his side just enjoyed half a loaf of bread it was just enough so he didn't feel so feeble.  He was in deep thought when he felt Loki's prescience away Thor glanced at him when he said he had been brooding. "Not so much brooding just deep in thought brother." Thor replied his voice indecisive of what mood. Not only that it was more battle plans. "He's still here Loki, he's not gone back to Asguard."  The fact that Kurse and appear and reappear bothered him slightly the way he just vanished. He knew he wasn't strong enough or talented enough to go over the rainbow bridge not with out Heimdall. He had strong suspicion that he was part of Loki's illusions which troubled him
greatly.

"I was going to do some work and to come down to find you but thought staying here to rest was best. Jarvis helped me with the toaster and told me that Stark's news was actually real." Thor questioned, not that he doubted stark he just assumed that maybe their was a mistake. The reality was finally sinking in. "I, just feel so drained all the time brother, my mind won't shut up. I'm scared Kurse is going to find out." Thor bit his lip as he showed signs of anxiety.

Thor was worried that Odin was going to find out that he was already carrying Loki's children. "We're going to be parents of twins, brother. " The news finally hit him. He had held his hand out in a few moments the hammer dodged Loki like a magnet felt the force of the weight of the hammer placing it down the floor.

"I don't know if I ever told you this brother, even thought you might not be worthy of the hammer, you're worthy of me brother. I honestly wouldn't have it any other way I wouldn't feel safer to be an omega." Thor murmured softly as he curled up in bed with his head on Loki's lap. "Am I ever going to get my energy back brother?" He asked he was clearly concerned about how weak he was during the fight. "I never miss with the hammer."

"What are are going to do about Kurse?" Thor murmured with a worry he was torn between being excited and being scared at the same time. Trust him to be the first time mother with twins. "This is going to ruin my body. " He frowned he could just see it now. He wondered if he'd ever get his energy back. "We have so much to do for their arrival, brother."

Steve on the other hand was making his way up to Volstagg's room Hogun and Frandal was up near the staff as went to see Volstagg, he gently knocked in case Volstagg in case the male was sleeping. "Special delivery." Steve cockily said. "Hope you didn't mind, I enjoyed our company last time." Steve mentioned.

"You feeling okay?" Steve asked Volstagg. Surprised that Fandral and Hogun wasn't around. The two were still with the labs exploring what areas they could with their levels of security. "I thought those would be with you." He half-smiled. "What did you think of today's match? you seem a bit like you had something on your mind."

"Yes, I suspected as much. Amateur magic in the pretense of more complex artifacts." Loki would just have to find the tell of his illusions and see through them. It shouldn't be that hard, he was far more advanced. What bothered him was his mate letting his guard down too easily. A brow was raised at the word 'work' leaving Thor's lips, but at least he'd chosen otherwise. "I told you I'd enchant something to hide the pregnancy. I simply didn't expect him to show up today. Calm." He sent out reassuring pheromones to calm his mate down.

A small smile cross his lips. "We are." Parenthood wasn't something he'd expected after Thor had rejected him. Perhaps on his own, like Volstagg... As he could change shape and form. This was far more preferrable. He wasn't surprised to see Thor summon Mjolnir, though sometimes he did expect it to try to go through him.

It was good that Tony had made the place with Thor in mind, Jarvis controlling the movable windows to let Mjolnir in without anything being broken. They slid back into place after, the only balconies being on the party deck, Avenger floors, and penthouse.

He put his hand on Thor's head as the man moved his head to his lap, pausing when he said he was worthy of him. They'd hurt each other plenty over the years but he couldn't continue to hold onto that, even though it was against his nature not to. His fingers moved through his hair. "Lightning strikes the easiest target. However Mjolnir follows the desires of her wielder. You no more wanted to hurt me brother than I did you or our children." Loki had only exhausted him, not done any damage.

There was a slight huff from Loki at all the questions. "Your body will be fine, you'll recover if you stop doing stupid things and eat and sleep properly, and we'll play Kurse's game while playing him. Even if I have to make you an illusion the entire time. He sighed. "As for the babies, if we get a moments peace, we can prepare for them."

It'd been a few hours since Volstagg had split off from the others. It was about time to go back up and see what they were doing, or figure out when lunch was, when he heard Steve at the door. Possibly even better. Opening it, he gave Steve somewhat of a skeptical look. "Didn't Tony say those exact words last night?" Not about enjoying his company, but the 'special delivery' part. "You don't have to be like him." He didn't think the cocky attitude was him. It paired better with the outspoken billionaire. "I don't suppose this means you brought food with you?" He laughed, opening the door.

"Aye, I'm fine. Good thing about pregnancy is you can nap in the middle of the day and no one questions it or calls you lazy."  He shook his head. "A nap hardly needs supervision and I'm not to give birth for another few months. I'm fine." Volstagg hardly needed an escort or someone to hold his hand all the time. It definitely wasn't his first time. That Steve seemed to want to do it was kind of endearing, so long as he didn't go too overboard with it.

Volstagg debated about whether he should bring it up or not. "It's just that Thor and Loki have always been a little obvious in how close they are. We always expected they'd eventually mate if given the chance, brothers or not. I don't know how Odin wouldn't have seen that. Knowing that and binding them together, then sending suitors to force the issue, if he wasn't so angry with Loki I'd say it was like shoving them together. I don't want to bring it up and stir things up, it just seems odd." Was he doing it to hurt Loki, seeing Thor with someone else, or pushing them together?

Thor wasn't being stupid on purpose, it was mere the sense at the fact that he was running on empty his mind wasn't as sharp as it usually was. So he had been making bad choices but now at least he knew where he stood right now with things and hopefully curve that itch. Thor sighed mentally, "Seems to be one thing after another doesn't it brother." Thor mentioned briefly. Thor was resting against Loki's lap at least he wasn't pacing or being restless. His body was exhausted enough to feel like he some what achieved something, tricking that part of the brain.

Thor knew it was pointless fighting with Loki. It wasn't like Thor never cared about him before Loki just never really believed that Thor cared about him, looked up to him. He had put his heart and soul on it but when Loki had returned those feelings it shocked him. He was happy to hear it but being an Alpha male, Thor was worried that his future of being a warrior would've been over so he chose flight instead of fight, unfortunately he did the same mistake twice. It wasn't intentional it was just never expected Loki to express those kinds of feelings. He knew Loki cared but he longed to hear those words, affectionate words some kind of affirmation when that happened he was so thrilled he didn't know what to do with it. He didn't think that far ahead so naturally he shut it down. Both times he realised despite asking what was wrong with him to do that the moment of bliss was already over and Loki had resented him, straining the relationship. So far they hadn't retraced that steps back into that place of love just awkward and hurt.

Thor wasn't always blessed with making the right decisions he was impulsive and didn't think half the things through. Thor's forehead had a raised temperature as he was resting on Loki. "I thought Tony was having me on, I thought I couldn't get that lucky. The entire process is some what daunting." Thor was happy, thrilled to be carrying Loki's children but unfortunately he had to undo his own mess which felt catastrophic on his shoulders but he forgot as Jarvis mentioned that he had people that cared about him. Thor's body was getting hot near his forehead, but not because of the heat. Eventually Thor fell asleep against Loki's lap.

"True and despite being in a condition right now you're a warrior." Steve commented as if he was trying to save his 'over courting' method. He was generally trying to be helpful but because of that a lot of the Avengers seemed to comment how he was over bearing in nature his daddy approach to make sure he baby-proofed nature. Which of course just showed how out of touch he was with relationships out side of work he was just afraid of doing something wrong and didn't to make a mistake. But in return his anxieties flared up in ways that could annoy someone.

"I'm the dad of the group of the Avengers sorry. I like making sure everyone is already it's a bad-habit of mine." Steve mentioned.

"I'm not an expert in this field of how King Odin is I never met the guy so I can't comment. He does care about the boys but this is a higher deities we're talking about, perhaps Odin's actions are similar parenting ways in-directly trying to help. I can't imagine why he would pick guys like Vanrad. If I was King Odin I wouldn't pick a guy like him in a million years, not even out of desperation. Thor's a particular type that needs to be managed like Loki is doing, not someone who is ill-equip that wouldn't end in disaster. Perhaps he's getting Loki to take responsibility? "

"They're relationship is strained as it is. I might not be an expert but Thor is like a bull in a china shop,  if someone like Vanrad or Kurse ended up being his mate perhaps Odin knew it would end in disaster." Steve was hoping that was the case, that King Odin wasn't that far gone mentally that he wouldn't just torture the boys.

"Plus there's protecting the children. Loki won't stand by and let another mate court him knowing full well what the intentions are." Steve had faith that King Odin was doing right by the boys.

[Tachi]

"You've always had luck on your side, brother." Loki responded, though this time without any resentment attached to it. His fingers brushed by his forehead and felt how warm it was getting. Carefully he lowered his temperature and cooled his hand, placing it across his forehead, the color of skin slightly blue. He'd pushed himself too far. Thor's body was at its limits and he needed all the rest he could get.

"Don't let anyone disturb us unless absolutely necessary." Loki instructed Jarvis. Slowly and gently he moved Thor off of his lap and back onto his pillow. He closed up the bread but left it nearby, magically cleaning up the crumbs. After fixing himself up lunch, he returned with his books and got in bed next to Thor, keeping an eye on him and checking his temperature every so often. There was a treasure of his that he was planning on enchanting for the pregnancy. He was just going over the spells again before he did so.

"Aye, that I am." A warrior even when he was off duty and heavily pregnant. Just because he'd put it down doesn't mean he couldn't swing his axe. He wasn't annoyed with Steve though, instead finding amusement in it. "Heh, yes, I did peg you as a fussy one. I can just see you when I'm actually giving birth." He laughed at the thought, though really it might be when Steve was expecting his own children that he'd drive himself crazy.

There were other matters to deal with first though. It was a bit strange to think that Steve had faith in King Odin when he wasn't technically his King. "I'd like to think that way. I'd hope that he'd be smug and happy if Loki did announce himself as the third suitor, but I just cannot say for certain. These suitors certainly aren't good for Thor, but they are the type to get under Loki's skin. He'd never accept them taking the crown over him, even if they weren't interested in each other." He'd likely kill them before letting that happen.

"Who knows. Maybe it'll all work out." If Thor didn't do himself in with stress first. "But enough of that!" Volstagg smirked at Steve, approaching him. "You, Pretty Boy, can take me out for lunch. Show me what Midguardians have to offer." In this day and age. They came down for fun sometimes, but it'd been a while. The time when Thor had been banished hardly counted.

[Silver_Lady]

Thor coughed deeply in his sleep  as he turned  during the times of peace where Thor wasn't being difficult. Thor didn't' get sick very often, it was actually quite rare for him to be that way.  So the idea of the pregnancy symptoms would be a challenge since Thor was the one that normally protected others and seemed fit. A normal virus was making it's prescience known being pregnant his body was going through a lot of changes spending time on Miguard. Since the fight though Thor's body was actually resting at this point despite his temperature spiking groaning between his sleep. His body might been distress but it was a lot better in de-stressing despite the fact that Kurse was on Miguard.

Kurse had been practising low level of illusions, he had highly suspected he was dealing with a fake but because of how real and the fact that Thor was talking to him at fair distance he doubted that the Thor that he was speaking to was an illusion the illusions that he created couldn't talk it was low-level magic that he had been getting stronger at.   He had left Tony wondering if he had left Miguard or not but Loki would be a problem.

"Don't Nat kept saying that about me. " Steve playfully responded. "If you were on Earth to have children, in a playful scenario say you were about to give birth or Thor in-fact. I'd be panicking asking for a towel and prepare to deliver the babies my self knowing full well we'd be in a hospital, forgetting their experts  at hand." Steve rubbed the back of his hand. "When you have the Avengers to look after, you've always got to be on your toes. We're not normal humans with unusual skill sets, so naturally I took the father-role whether Tony liked it or not." Steve smirked a little.

"The point is Loki is stubborn, Thor is stubborn you need a third party to kind of get into motion they won't figure it out on their own. My guess is Odin does care about Thor, he wouldn't have matured enough to know about Miguard and the strength of his power and his people, if it wasn't for the obstacles that were in place. Thor wouldn't have come much better if he hadn't of been banished.  He learnt the calculations of his actions. Thor has became better leader. Not to mention that Thor is now in a place to become King. The suiters are bringing them closer together."

 Steve knew he was probably speaking out of hand but he didn't see why that Odin would put his children at harms way he loves both. I don't see why he would sabotage his children. He's the king after all." Steve mentioned. He didn't know Odin but he expected that their was a plan in place.

"What if Loki was the third suiter? that would be ironic."

"Of course I know a few restaurants, we can take the car if you'd like?  Did you have anything specifically?"

[Tachi]

"Jarvis, order dinner later. Something easy for Thor to handle. We won't be joining the others, he appears to have gotten himself sick." Loki said quietly after he'd cast the spells on the amulet he'd chosen, setting it aside for now. Thor was still asleep and he wasn't going to wake him early.

"As you wish, Sir." Jarvis replied quietly.

Loki laid down, still dressed, next to Thor for a while. While he was resting it was a good opportunity for him. Closing his eyes, he started to meditate. There were still traces of mind control to remove and then he had to start sorting through and tucking away the memories of his time with Thannos.

"You'd be freaking out even after that. We don't have the same anatomy. I doubt your hospitals would know what to do with me." Volstagg wasn't worried as it wasn't all that different and he likely wouldn't be on Midgard to give birth. Even if he was it wasn't like he hadn't done it multiple times before. "That desperate to be a father, are you?" He teased.

There was a bit of concern, or maybe more so uncomfortable revelations with what Steve was saying about Thor's banishment. "Loki seemed to have set up Thor's banishment. It seemed like part of his plan to take the crown at the time." He sighed. "It was a complicated time." Likely he shouldn't go into how Loki had killed Thor, nor the past suspected rejections. It just wasn't his place to bring them up.

"Well, technically Loki isn't his son. He's Lafeyson. The former ruler of the Frost Giants, before Loki killed him. He adopted Loki after defeating Lafey." Odin had always appeared to care about both of them, though he'd always obviously favored Thor. "If Loki's the third suitor, I'd love to see the looks on their faces. It'd certainly save everyone the stress." It'd be the ideal situation.

As for the restaurant, he wasn't having a particular craving at the moment, which was a good thing for Steve. They might not have it on Midguard! "Surprise me." No one here would have Midguardian clothes his size, except for the Hulk who didn't wear clothes, so Volstagg didn't bother, just wearing his Asgardian wear, obviously ready to go and following Steve. "Jarvis, tell Frandal and Hogan where I've gone." So they didn't freak out later.

[Silver_Lady]

Thor had woken up abruptly when he settled down his coughs trying to clear his throat, he watched when Loki was meditating. He looked for signs if Loki was under any distress he scent down comforting scent around Loki to remind him that he was right their if he was needed. Thor coughed his mouth, so he didn't disturb Loki whilst he was concentrating.  He didn't want to disturb him, it was strange to see Loki meditating. Thor watched for once, he felt a bit empowered by it feeling the need to protect Loki even though he knew that Loki was in control of things it was a nice feeling for once to feel like the protector.

Thor was trying to muffle the coughs that kept facing it's self. He had got off the bed careful not to disturb the mattress and just stood allowing his body to calm down.  He needed to check on Fandral and Hogun and especially Volstagg he felt like he was a terrible host. He leaned against the wall crouched a little to catch his breath back. His body wasn't letting him go.

"Jarvis tell me where the boys are I'd see to that they're okay." Thor murmured softly as he leaned against the wall he made it back to bed.  Regretting his choice of standing.

"I always had a fatherly figure in me, like I mentioned before when I was frozen I would've settled down if it wasn't for the Army. My mind was set to have children but never got the opportunity, now things are just awkward for dating."  Steve mused he didn't know why he was so open with Volstagg.

"Alright then, I know this fancy little place." Steve smiled as he put a hoody on he didn't bother bringing the shield because he wasn't on duty. He guided Volstagg as he was going towards the garage where the vehicles were kept. It suddenly dawned on him.

"Jarvis ask Tony if it's alright to borrow one of Tony's cars to take to the city?" He asked Jarvis. "I generally ride a motorbike to get around especially on a mission or commuting. Would you sooner drive by car?"  Steve meant to ask Volstagg what he sooner be. He was being more respectful. Then kicked himself because realised he assumed what Volstagg wanted.

[Tachi]

Although working on things deep within his mind, Loki was aware of his surroundings. The coughing fit did catch his attention, but as it wasn't a threat, he chose to finish up on what he was working on instead of letting it unravel and having to start over again later. Thor wasn't in any distress and seemed to be in a better mood. Mind control clung, like something horrid and sticky. Difficult to remove all traces of. He was managing it but it was tedious.

Loki was also a little impatient with it now, sensing that Thor was moving around and just knowing that the oaf was going to get out of bed. He was wrapping it up, only to be proven right, by seeing a near collapsing Thor making his way back to bed. "Need I bind you to the bed, brother? Is that what it'll take to keep you here?" Sitting up, he ensured that Thor made it back into bed and under the covers. "You've gone and caught yourself a common cold." He said, obviously judging him for letting it get this bad. Honestly, a God catching a cold. What next?

"Sir Frandal and Sir Hogan have been exploring the Tower, Prince Thor. Would you like me to summon them for you?"

Sighing, he knew how stubborn his brother was. "Do that." He answered for him. "Order for them as well."

"On it, Sir."

"You are staying in bed. Technically it's Stark's job to host and you've run yourself ragged. No more arguments." He said firmly.

Had he been thinking of going somewhere? Surely that was the reason he had the hoodie to begin with, but Volstagg didn't ask him. Steve was an odd mix of shy and bold. It was another trip in the elevator down to the basement level where only the Avenger's vehicles were stored. He knew what a motorbike was, thankfully. "I think that might be a little too bumpy for me right now. Another time, definitely." Pregnant he shouldn't be on one. He wouldn't even be able to hold on properly.

"Mr. Stark has cars available just for the Avengers." There was the sound of a car turning on and a red and black sports car roared up, stopped in front of them. The Mercedes-AMG GT opened its doors, no one inside, Jarvis controlling it, and the AI said, "Mr. Stark says, 'You're welcome. Don't crash it.'" It was a two seater and spacious inside, completely tricked out, as all of Tony's personal cars were. The license plate read STARK7.

"Oh, this is quite fancy." He glanced at Steve, but seeing as how the car was right there and available to them, he didn't see the problem in going around and getting in the passenger side. "Tony certainly knows his technology." Self driving cars and AI's that took care of everything. In some ways it was more advanced than Asgard.

[Silver_Lady]

Thor glanced at him raised his eyebrow he was being defeated again by a common cold? what's next? Sure it was Tony's job to host but they were his friends he felt duty bound. "I just feel like a bad host they came from Asguard sure to bring your stuff.  But I feel like I should be looking after them better." Thor muttered

"Trust me I'm not arguing." Thor didn't have it in him to. "I feel like gravity is more denser then it is I just tried to get to them but it seems I'm staying put." He sighed heavily annoyed at himself.  He wanted to be on top form again he wasn't used to this kind of thing.  "What if you get sick?" He asked now that he was thinking about it the common colds were 'easily' caught but Loki had enough sense to not let him self rugged like Thor did. He raked a hand through his hair.

Thor wasn't exactly a good patient as it turned out. But he didn't argue he stayed in bed and rested his head against the wall as if he was annoyed at the common cold. He looked and felt like crap. Then a sudden spark of worry came across, only Hogun and Frandal they weren't with Volstagg. "Jarvis where is Volstagg? is he sleeping?" He asked.

Steve had placed a base ball cap on his head and of course got a leather jacket mainly to conceal himself since he was easily recognisable. He was going to enjoy his time with Volstagg. "I know right? I'm usually a motorcycles but have experience driving these bad boys." Steve smirked got into the drivers seat.

"Of course I'd be happy to take you any time on my girl. You'd have to come and see her when we get back if you're not too tired it's not far. It's a time-period restaurant, very vintage but nice and cosy. Sometimes when I feel out of place I go their and it just brings me back. The food and staff are nice." Steve mentioned.

Steve had hope it would give Volstagg a little taste of his time period. When he saw that Volstagg got in he wanted to be old-fashioned and help the male in but he didn't know how much Volstagg could do on his own without being over bearing so he gave the male space. When both were in the vehicle he had roared the energise luckily Jarvis was on hand since he was more prone to driving motor-bikes then cars. But handled it like a dream.

"So you mentioned about controlling you or trying to control you bothers you. Being on Earth our culture is slightly different to Earth.  I'm typically called old-fashioned when it comes to things like this. Opening doors, pushing the chair under you so you sit comfortably, paying, that kind of thing is pretty normal around here. I will admit I am trying to impress you but the last thing I want is to annoy you. What kind of traits are similar to Asguard? Like, if you were dating someone or liked someone, what would be expected of the partner?" Steve wanted to compare the two  different cultures. Not only that Volstagg was an Asguardian warrior.

[Tachi]

"I am not exhausted and at my limits. I won't be catching your cold." With Asgardian healing abilities there was no reason Thor should be sick. He'd simply pushed himself too far. "You're likely the only God to have caught such a thing in several millennia." He settled himself beside Thor but didn't get too comfortable as he knew he'd have to answer the door for the others soon.

"Sir Volstagg is out of the Tower on a date with Mr. Rogers."

"This one has lasted longer than a day." Loki mused. Volstagg could be brutal with suitors. "Perhaps he'll make a new record." They didn't need Steve moping about or anything like that. Taking the necklace off of the table, he showed Thor the amulet. "Wear this and it will hide any signs of the pregnancy. Sight, scent, touch. You'll still feel our children moving when they get to be that big. You have to remember that it's an illusion. Everything is still there. There's also protection spells built in." As well as a tracking spell and, as a precaution, only he or Thor could remove the necklace.

The interior of the car had comfortable leather seats. Volstagg wasn't quite sure whether to put that bottom seat belt below or above his bump, but he ended up shoving it under. From how Tony called Jarvis male, he assumed Steve was calling his motorcycle female. Thor referred to Mjolnir as a 'she' so it wasn't an uncommon thing. He didn't question it. "Sounds nice. Hopefully it'll give me an idea of the time period you're referring to." He'd lived a long life so it was hard to keep track sometimes. "We'll check out your Motorbike when we return." Even though he couldn't ride it right now.

Jarvis switched over to manual as soon as Steve was behind the wheel. There to switch back only if needed. All of Tony's vehicles were in top shape.

Volstagg was having a good time, just with the roar of the engine and the power of the machine, watching things go by. Midgard tended to change every time they came here. It was fascinating. He turned his attention to Steve when he was talking to him though. "I suppose that'd be good to go over." He said jovially. "All the genders are mostly treated equally up to the point when it comes time for children and mating. Omegas are expected to put down their weapons and take care of the kids and household, just like that. Good breeding to have a strong omega warrior, but you don't want them going back out into the battle field." Volstagg scoffed.

"We're just expected to be good and listen to what our Alpha mate tells us. It's not for me." But he understood what Steve was trying to do here. "But don't worry, I'm not going to bite your head off here. If you want to be chivalrous, you can be, just don't be trying to do everything for me. I want a partner, not a master or anything else." Someone he could fight beside and share things with.

[Silver_Lady]

"Volstagg is probably being amused. He's very forward and know what he wants, who knows they might be perfect for each other. Long as Steve doesn't put him in kid-gloves and try to protect him and do everything for him, Steve might even change Volstagg's mind..that is a big if."

Thor raised his eyebrow indifferently, that was true. Thor never felt so ruggered in his entire life, it's like his life style at the moment was just slapping him in the face. When Loki gave him the amulet he looked at it with a soft smile. Something of Lokis. "So when you say hide and it's still their so if I'm with Kurse or with my father for example. Dose it mean I Wouldn't feel nauseated? or would I still feel it?" He asked confused about how the symptoms of the pregnancy being still being able to feel the kids their. So according to those outside the avengers they won't know that I'm pregnant but me and you will see it?" Thor asked.

He stared at it. He could feel the weight of the amulet which was practically nothing but felt safer with the nested it around his neck. He felt closer to Loki "it's beautiful brother." Thor smiled he leaned in and kissed him deeply. "Volstagg told me once  the kicking part is painful." Thor shuddered at the very thought of it. As Jarvis had summoned the boys they needed Jarvis as they got stuck on the top floor a half an hour later the boys knocked. "Special delivery." Fandral called.

Jarvis had opened the door for the boys after they knocked to let Loki knew it was them. Thor had  grabbed the nearest shirt that was on the floor before he he got it on him, he tucked the amulet in side the T-shirt because it felt private, it was his proudly to wear. "What are you two love-birds doing here? broad day light and your in bed." Fandral commented. "Let me guess.. the idiot over done it again?" Fandral smirked "Or is this your new found friendship growing on you Loki?" He joked.

The half-smile turned serious when he heard Thor went into another coughing fit he went into the side of the bed as he was trying to clear his throat to catch his breath. "Well this is serious, you really over done it haven't you." Fandral knew better not to approach the bed not when Thor was pregnant but he waited in the outside of the bedroom as he didn't want his scent around in the bedroom.

Steve listened as he kept his eyes on the road. He wondered if he could it court a male, it seemed complicated if it wasn't paired up naturally like Thor and Loki. Steve didn't know if he would be a very good mate to begin with. " World war 2 to be specific." Steve mentioned. Steve's hands gripped the steering wheel but stopped the flash backs from his past. 

"If this worked and you wanted to be with me Volstagg. I wouldn't tell you to drop your weapon.  You're smart enough, capable of enough, not to mention old enough to make your own decisions. If you wanted to fight I'm sure you would be able to make your own choices. If we did have children together I knew you wouldn't jeopardize so the sense or the need to control you wouldn't be the first mind set I'd give you as much freedom. The safety of you and children is most important thing. I'm speaking hypothetical here. I would never caged an omega,  I'd like them to share the same battlefield with me, work as a team." Steve smiled.

"Trust me, I might be over bearing in some cases, the only time I'd tell you can't do something is because I'm worried and in-experienced. You'd never be considered 'chained' to me even if you're in Asguard or I'm here on Earth. Providing your safe that'd my only concern." Steve didn't know how truth he could speak about this, he didn't put any pressure on Volstagg and he didn't want to make it awkward.

"I do enjoy your company Volstagg." 

[Tachi]

"The sensation will still be there bit it will be dulled. It isn't good to ignore the body's warning signs." Especially not to cut them off entirely, even if they didn't seem to serve any good purpose. "No. No will see while you're wearing it." Just because it was hidden from sight didn't mean he wouldn't feel them moving around inside him, his sense would just be fooled when the tried to touch by hand.

Part of him was pleased by the compliment, even though Thor didn't understand the complicated spell work that went behind it. He had no worried about getting sick himself, kissing his mate back. "And yet I'm certain I'll be awoken in the middle of the night the first time they move." He teased. For some reason it took the boys quite a while to get there, but Loki didn't particularly care. Instead he took care of Thor and sat with him, knowing full well he was more likely to remain in bed if he was there.

When they finally arrived, he heard the door open, therefore not bothering to get up. Thor didn't usually care about being half nude, but appeared to be more sensitive lately. "What in the Norns are you talking about?" He asked Frandal. 'New found friendship'? Just what was he implying here? Obviously Thor's coughing fit set things straight. Getting up, he went around the bed, picking Thor up. "I don't want to hear it, brother. You nearly collapsed earlier."

He carried him out to the couch as he didn't exactly want them in the bedroom either and Thor would want to see them. Setting him down he covered him with one of the thick blankets there.

World War? Ah, that was right. Midguard had thought themselves to be the only intelligent life out there until recently. Still, he understood the scars of war weren't always visible and put his hand on his arm for a moment in silent comradery.

Steve was trying real hard here, Volstagg could see that. They didn't know each other very well or for that long but it seemed like Steve was type who was loyal to a fault and in it for the long haul. He didn't dislike that about him. He certainly didn't dislike that he had no problems with all of his children, or even adding more to them, or standing beside him in battle. Or that he was willing to learn and change.

"You come on a little strong, but so do I. I don't dislike that about you." He hadn't scared him off and Volstagg wasn't turning him away. The man was, however, hungry though.

[Silver_Lady]

Fandral and Hogun stepped to one side. It was true that probably over stepping the mark, but Loki had always felt or been an outsider. Fandral was just being friendly thinking that maybe that maybe Loki felt more included. When he saw how sick Thor was he shook his head motioned Hogun to follow as Hogun and himself sat on the opposite side of the sofa allowing the boys space.

"I can walk you know." Thor commented. "Volstagg told me about pregnancy cravings you'd be getting up in the middle of the night and being a good mate." Thor teased back slightly, he leaned against the sofa and was grateful for the thick blanket, really he didn't want to entertain his mind was foggy as it was.

"To put it simple Loki, they're always been a bit of a distance between you and us three I never really fully trusted you. But you have really stepped up,  I want you to know our friendships do extend to you as well you know. I don't know if we made that clear or not." Frandal looked towards Thor with a side-ways sympatric glance. Thor leaned into the fabric of the sofa.

"I was worried about leaving Thor of your care and the Avengers , but seeing you recently how your handling it it's put my mind at ease. I know you won't let our idiot run of to battle like that." Frandal mentioned. Thor was getting tired and fell asleep again the sofa.

Hogun noticed this but they continued talking to Loki. "We just wanted to thank you." Hogun mentioned. "I hated you for a long time, for our own reasons are self-explanatory, when we were going to each off the 9 realms. I had my doubts about his feelings for you. You owe him a great debt, you owe each other and don't think I've forgotten you actually killed Thor." Hogun was a bit spiteful.

"Hogun." Fandral commented reminding him that to keep it nice and friendly. "We forgive you is what Hogun is trying to say. Providing you don't stab him in the back we forgive you." Fandral smiled. He had been meaning to say that to Loki for a while. "We will be going back shortly, I want you to give me updates." Fandral asked. Thor was coughing in his sleep it was very deep throttle coughs before settling down again.

"I'm not going to lie, you're going to have your hands full." Fandral smiled.

"A little strong is not a bad word to describe me." He grinned at the other "Ah here it is." Steve finally found the place. "I'm glad you didn't use the word desperate." He shuddered at the very thought of him being clingy or demanding. He had seen a bad demonstration of an Alpha he made sure as hell he didn't come across like that. 

Steve finally found the restaurant he was spoke about, the street it's self was very set in a different time vibe. It was off the main road. "Don't be put off by the menu it's pretty much modern food but it's a classic vintage look." He reassured to Volstagg. "If you don't find something here you don't like then we can always venture. But I doubt you'd find a problem here. "

Finding a good parking space not far for Volstagg to walk, he had parked steadily before stopping the vehicle. "Don't look too busy either." The good thing was it wasn't overly fancy but it wasn't a dull of a place either just a mixture for time period geeks to enjoy. A time frame paradise. Heavy-sand bags were for decoration. All the staff were in some what military compromised uniform.

He open the car door and waited for Volstagg he was tempted to open the door for him but he was telling himself to remain still. The problem with Tony's cars they did often or not draw attention this restaurant was perfect for that kind of thing. Quiet and they weren't meant to be  bothered by people that spotted Captain America. He just hoped that not many did.

[Tachi]

Loki just hummed, having already stated that Thor had just attempted walking with little success. He barely humored him on that end. "Then it is good we have access to Jarvis." As they were bound together and Loki couldn't go far. He could hardly go out and 'fetch' something. When Frandal started talking, it took him a moment to piece together what he was on about. He'd been aware of what Frandal had insinuated back at the Compound and had wished to avoid this emotional...whatever this was. He simply didn't understand what their 'growing friendship' had to do with he and Thor still being in bed.

It'd always been clear to him that while he'd been in this 'friend group' that they hadn't really been friends. There were bitter feelings there. They didn't care see beyond what they wanted to see. What they wanted was someone like them. Conformity and changing who he was. Just because he was taking care of his mate and children did not mean he wasn't the God of mischief. He didn't trust that once they saw that that they wouldn't turn on him again.

No point in putting any trust in them. That didn't mean they wouldn't be useful. A glance at his mate and he'd actually fallen asleep again. Why did he bother to set this up? Honestly, he had no idea. It wasn't like him. At least Hogan was more honest. Killing Thor...it'd pained him, but he'd been so crushed at the time. His heritage, the rejection, the Midguardian woman, his plans that may fall apart and required his damnable brother to be there for him if they did. Not that he would explain any of that to them.

"Well then, one big, happy family." Loki said with a grin, feeling more like his old self. "I'm sure Thor would enjoy updating you. I'd give him something to do." He was backing away from it and if Thor were awake he'd likely fine a reason to excuse himself. This cold had come on rather rapidly though and it left him instinctively wanting to be around his mate. It was rather inconvenient that they'd brought this up.

"Don't you worry, I'll be sure to let you know if you're falling apart on me." Volstagg replied with a chuckle, peering out at the diner. "Considering how old I am, I don't think modern or vintage hold the same meaning anymore." He joked, not thinking it'd be a problem either. "I'm sure it's fine."

On his end of things it didn't matter to him whether it was busy or not, but after a moment he realized that Steve was likely well known here and probably wanted to keep that quiet. Likely that wasn't going to happen with this car and Volstagg's garb though. He got out of the car and met up with Steve, offering him an amused grin. "I can just see you itching there. If you want to open doors for me, go ahead, I'm not going to complain." It was permission to be chivalrous. He'd tell him if he was overdoing it.

As strong and forward as he was, he was also in a foreign realm, on his own with a new Alpha while pregnant. It made him stick close to Steve and, since this was a date, he went ahead and took the man's hand. No reason to be shy after all. It made him feel more secure anyway.
