Thor sighed heavily from his position and abruptly sat up. He had to admit it was handy to know from another's perspective but it was a pain in the ass since Jarvis was the only one that listened in on private conversations." Not cool to be ears dropping on our conversations Jarvis." He was pissed off but not with Jarvis he just felt fragile mentally and his pain in his chest was annoying to deal with. He however reluctantly found himself heading towards the God's floor to deal with the mind set that Loki was currently in.

"None of this was supposed to happen. I don't have a clue what I'm doing half the time Jarvis. When you lived as long as I am things become unravelled. I don't know why I think that idiot is thinking that he's better off on his own or things he's not worthy because he's fucking is."  Thor ignored anyone who he came across and his pace was practically marching to Loki's and his own room.

Not bothering to knock on their chambers, couldn't he had a least 5 minutes?  He wondered that great but Loki had done so much for him without even acting on that alone. Thor sighed as used what ever means necessary to Open the door to the bathroom to see what Loki was doing.

The male was a mess the temperature was freezing cold. "Just what do you think your doing?" Thor  spoken sharply. Ignoring the temperatures of the room he made his way to Loki.

"Stop what you're doing right now this instant if you don't Loki I won't forgive you." Thor was dealing with a drama queen of course but he could understand the sense of 'loss' that Loki was dealing with. "The idea was to take a WARM bath Loki. Not a bloody frozen frost bite."  Thor grumbled at him without any aid or warning he had wrapped his arms around his brother bringing him into a his own warmth using any means necessary. "If you're going to kill yourself you might as well kill me with you."

Thor let out a distress call,a  scent demanding his Alpha's attention. "Don't make me loose you when there is a chance of it might work."

"My apologies, Prince Thor, however it's within my duties to keep an eye on Prince Loki. However my privacy protocols do not allow me to share such information, not even with Mr. Stark, if that makes you feel any better." Deeply personal things the AI wouldn't share unless it was immediately life threatening information. There were no recordings that went on in the bathrooms, only Jarvis checking in if dangerous indicators were detected. Loki was a special case, as was Vanrad, but he did allow as much privacy as possible.

Currently, Jarvis' voice was only audible right near Thor, which made it a good thing that Tony had him wired in all throughout the building. "Have you, by chance, told him this directly? The lack of affirmation can lead to doubt. Especially when told contradictory things in the past."

Lost in thought, Loki wasn't paying attention to his surroundings, no one supposed to be able to enter their floor and Thor off being courting. So when he heard his harsh voice he startled and ice started to spike out of the sheath on his arm before he stopped it and instead melted away the weapon. "Brother--" He started, tensing, not wanting him to see him like this with his blue skin. Before he could protest though, Thor was hugging him and he was protesting for a different reason.

"Thor, stop! I'll burn you!" The touch of a Frost Giant was so cold that it ate through clothes and armor, leaving freezer burn like marks behind. What Loki didn't know, as he hadn't spent any time in this form, is that that affect could be controlled and that he didn't leave any marks on Thor. "What are you doing, you idiot?! It's not like that!" Loki had no choice but let the enchantment take back over him, turning him back to his natural color and temperature, instinctually rumbling in response to Thor's distressed whine. He only dared to touch him once all of the blue was gone, putting his arms around him and not fighting to break lose of his hold. A huff of air escaped him, warm this time.

"You fool." He grumbled. "That form doesn't hurt me. Frost Giants don't feel the cold." A chance that it might work? Loki was all about mind games, but right now he felt tired and not in the mood. "What is it you want from me, Thor? Do you mean what you're saying or do want no more than to be brothers?"

Heh that's interesting notion no he probably didn't have the last 5 minutes to explain to him directly he'd have to thank Jarvis. "I think it's fair to say we're both idiots at this point you sitting here being all emotional thinking that you're alone. " Thor should've left that part out but he was pissed off emotional and all he wanted now was Loki.

"Stop putting words into my mouth for a second." Thor shouted back his back was against the bath-tub just so he could gather his thoughts. "Just wait." Thor snapped he was getting all annoyed and stressed and fucking cold. He frowned at Loki he was being pressured into an omega by a Alpha he didn't want to be mated to.

"Look. The only way I can continue doing what I am doing is because of you Loki. You have no idea how much I bloody need you. Is that so bad that you're the safe option? that you do make me 'feel' safe? the one that brings me to my senses? the one that will knock me out if it was best interest at heart?  Sure we had our troubles, we had our arguments. I don't deal well with stuff like this direct confrontation Loki. I don't want you as a brother any more. I want to be more." Thor gulped as it wasn't easy to admit this kind of heavy stuff.

"I know I rejected you, I did stuff without thinking. Thinking of you not being part of my life makes my life pointless Loki. If you died right now and I know we didn't get another tomorrow together it wouldn't be worth having. If I want to do mating with someone you're be the only one that would deserve that Title."

"I'm not you're typical omega Loki we both know that. I don't know how to ask for help I don't know how to raise my hand up and say no more when it comes to my own personal issues. I can't deal with it. I was scared of getting something that actually I wanted. "If I wanted to have children it would be with you. I would step down as a warrior for you to have children. I always had seen being an omega as... a damsel in distress, someone that need's to be looked after, not to mention the throne as well. I would not accept any of my roles if it meant that I can't share it with you. You might not be an Asguardian anymore but you'd always be an Asguardian to me. I don't care what the facts said what you are, Loki is the fact that you're my mate. But if you don't want me then I'd accept."

Thor was trying to fight back the tears. He didn't want any suiters. He didn't know how to handle the strong emotions coursing through him that he been bottled up. Thor struggled to stand up to his feet, his legs were shaky as he was trying to find an awkward place to be tearful. He was really in distress he hated feeling this way.

"Don't make me stab you again." Loki said bitingly at the emotional accusation, though he didn't actually go for anything sharp this time. Not yet, anyway. He huffed at the shouting, feeling the tub behind Thor and maneuvering slightly to dip his hand into the water he'd left running. He winced slightly at the temperature and drained the tub. He'd have to fill it up again so he left the hot water running.

It wasn't even worth it at the moment to try and get out of Thor's hold. Part of him didn't want to anyway. Thor's speech; at some point he stopped pressed his forehead against his brother's chest and looked up, studying him. Thor had never been good at lying, especially not when he was emotional. He'd never been known to be exceptionally cruel either and so he had no choice but to take his words as the truth. As much as there were memories to back up the back there were memories to back up the good as well. Thousands of instances of Thor coming to him when he needed to feel safe, when he needed counsel. The clear messages in his scent that read trust and acceptance.

"What foolish thing are you talking yourself into?" Loki asked quietly, bringing a hand up to smooth the edges of Thor's eyes from tears. "Not only have I asked for you to mate with me twice, but I've been courting you off and on for centuries. Do you think I gave up such information about myself and the staff for the Avengers? It was for you, you fool, and you weren't even paying attention half the time." Story of his life, right there.

"I want to mate with you." He lifted Thor and sat him on the edge of the tub before the man lost his footing in his emotional mess, moving in against him. "I want to rule beside you." He leaned in and kissed him briefly. "I want you to bare my children, and I want you to continue being a warrior." Loki kissed him again, deeper this time. "My Omega." He growled against his lips, encouraging Thor to respond this time as his tongue flicked out to tease him.

There was a wide range of emotions in him but Thor had finally said he wanted him. After all these years, and Loki wasn't going to let the chance slip on by. Norns help anyone who disturbed them right now, because he might just kill them, no matter who they were. He and Thor were occupied.

Thor continue to shake he was fighting the floods of tears. He never cried, well. The only person he could cry in front share his vulnerable moments was with Loki. It was an astounding thing, Thor thought it would be complicated to show that Thor felt the same way, such an elaborated unprepared speech words. When all Loki really wanted was to hear those words. He didn't care for excuses, he didn't care for how touching the poetic speech was, it was 'he wanted Loki' it had been that simple all this time.

Thor hadn't even realised he was crying when Loki was brushing them from the side of his face, he felt the kisses that grounded him burying his head into Loki's neck and allowing himself to reveal such weakness. He wasn't the type to get emotional sure he grieved and showed respect for others and cared for those around him, he fort hard. Even though they were close it felt right, he enjoyed being with Loki skin to skin. Of course they had to do it in the bath tub.

"I didn't see my day ending like this." Thor managed to whip up a response he kissed Loki back his arms around the other just wanted closeness. Skin to skin action. His body was shaking like mad with waves of emotion that was threatening to come forward.

It was addicting, kissing Thor. He didn't want it to stop but at the same time his brother was set on speaking. At the moment he couldn't bring himself to be irritated by it, his omega calling out for comfort and protection. "You must stop this way of thinking." His hand dipped down lower and felt the top of the water, slowly breaking off the kiss a moment later to turn off the water. "Come, Thor, join me. It's large enough." Stark had certain designed things with gods in mind when he'd made this floor.

Loki didn't want to lose the physical or emotional connection between them at the moment so he remained right where he was, giving Thor time to stop him, but hands heading for his shorts. He only undid the button before magic had them off and all his clothes in a pile away from the tub. He'd seen his brother nude many times before, but not under the context that he was his. Sex wasn't exactly on the agenda right now, but that didn't mean he couldn't appreciate as he tugged his brother up, getting him up so they could climb into the tub.

Thor's mind was all over the place but he didn't care he was with Loki, the rest could go to hell at this point.  Thor was dropping his warrior's guard domain and allowing the sensitive side of him out, trusting Loki with a being he didn't know what to do it was like he was a baby all over again forgetting his First's.

Why did he feel nervous? it wasn't a bad feeling but he sure as heck wasn't used to it. He was used to taking control of things, but he let Loki. When they broke contact he almost made a sound like a whimper, which wasn't like him at all. It was a sound only for Loki. His eyes looked unsure. But he shrugged as he went to go into the water. Which made sense because his body felt different.

He thought it was the connection they were both having at this moment but something else was happening. Due to his intimacy of Loki's pushing the right  Thor wasn't aware that his body was going into heat, but when the water touched him it calmed his senses which confused his body. Since the heat was burning every part of him from the inside. Thor appeared to be 'functioning' like normal but his brain was dulled with other things going on. A reassuring, answering rumble replied to unsure whine almost without his permission, Loki's brow furrowing slightly in confusion as he recognized the peculiarity of it. Once Thor got in and relaxed back against him, he got a good inhale of his scent and the sweetness that was starting to cling to it. Bringing his nose in closer to his scent gland, Loki inhaled deep and couldn't help but react at the thick, rich smell. It was delicious. Without thinking he licked the gland, wanting to press his teeth into it. The thought shocked what was left of his working mind enough to realize what was going on.

"Jarvis, keep the lockdown going for the floor. Don't let us out either. ...Inform Stark. Just Stark." He had feeling the man was smart enough to figure it out on his own and he'd be able to come up with something to keep Vanrad busy. Loki then focused entirely on Thor. "Thor, I don't know how much of you is still aware, but you're going into heat. I'm going to take care of you." This was not an ideal situation. Thor hadn't had the chance to explore being an omega in his own right mind and now he had the choice taken from him. There wasn't the time for the Midguardians to figure out Asguardian contraceptives either. Thor very well might become pregnant with this.

The consolidation he had was that he had Thor's consent. Not meant for this moment, but it'd have to do. Loki didn't let himself get worked up. His heat was just starting and they had a few moments before things started to really heat up. While he had him in his arms, he checked him over but found no marks from where he'd touched him as a Frost Giant. Perhaps Thor was more resilient as a God.

Tony had gotten away from Vanrad as quickly as he was able. It required more paperwork and unfortunately he was unable to keep fielding the call from Fury and finally had to answer ol' Eye Patch, getting his ass chewed and generally sassing his way around the conversation because, honestly, what was he going to do? Turn away two gods who could be big allies? The tag along he could do without. In the end, Fury had to back him up. Thor was a huge asset and if Loki could at all be reformed then that was a big boost for the Avengers.

When he got the notification, it was strangely on his phone. He didn't know why until he read it. Well, that answers that question. "J, you know what to do." There was a protocols for heats and ruts, making sure the person had everything they needed and weren't disturbed. "Tell the others Thor and Loki need some alone time to work out their issues and we have to keep Vanrad busy and away from them until they give the okay."

"Of course, Sir."

Thor tilted his head at Loki being so dramatic as all ways. "Nonsense you're over reacting Jarvis just ignore him he's lost the plot." Thor didn't know what gotten into Loki of course he's fine. Wouldn't he know he got into heat? The water was soothing the aches, the dull wants, his mind had been suppressed by medication the stress with coming to Miguard, Vanrad and then of course the thought of loosing Loki in the process of it all had triggered it.

Thor was in a dull state as his senses were going crazy, he couldn't think straight his senses were going crazy. "Jarvis did bring down the heat on the floor temperature? it's insanely hot in here." Thor didn't understand what was going on he hadn't been his 'omega' self in a long time he couldn't remember the last he he went through. It was a blurred state.

"I think a nice walk would do the job must be with all the stresses of Vanrad." Thor looked twitchy and uncomfortable. He was getting out of the bath attempted to wrap a towel around him but stumbled slightly he couldn't breathe because of the heat was getting to him. "God I can't breahe" Thor felt the intenisty of it it hit him like a tone of bricks. His body's sex drive was going into over drive and his other side of him that didn't know what was going on was going into a panic mode.

Vanrad was getting bored, where was Thor already? he had been done twiddling his fingers at least he'd have descent company. No doubt he'd be with that God of mischief. That will be the first thing to go. They were far too close and he didn't like it the way that they were 'bonded' it seemed like he'd squish that in a nut-shell.

"Jarvis where is Thor's floor? I want to see him. We need to start bonding. It's why I'm here not to look at the scenery." Thor spoke to the A.I. "Where was the guy with the glasses the servant in charge?"

"Prince Thor, I hate to inform you but Prince Loki is in fact correct. Your body temperature is rising and you're showing every sign of being in heat. I have shut down access to this floor. Only food and beverage will be delivered. Please remember to stay well fed and hydrated." The door and elevator would not respond to them unless they were picking up a delivery. Even then it'd be controlled by the AI.

"I'm not joking, Thor, you're going into heat." Loki wanted to keep him still and relaxed in the tub, but his temperature was getting hotter and it was probably for the best that he got out. He set the tub to drain and got out after him, trying to steady the larger man. "Brother, stop." He said calmly, bringing his hand up to Thor's hair and pulling him down to where their foreheads touched. "Close you eyes. Breathe with me." He inhaled and exhaled slowly, even though the more he took in Thor's scent the more he wanted to take him and toss him on the bed.

"You said you feel safe with me. Then trust me to take care of you. Let me show you what it's like to feel good as an Omega." It didn't take much to tilt his head and kiss him again. This time he dried them off and slowly backed up, recalling the mess he'd made of the room and righting the bed with magic, leading Thor to it and then picking him up by his thighs, dumping him on the bed and following right after, going back in to kiss him again and press in against him. Jarvis, while debatable not capable of emotions, only mimicking them, was well aware of everyone's feelings about their certain 'guest' and took that in account when responding to him. "Dr. Banner is not a servant, he is a leading scientist and professor here on Earth as well as an Avenger." That was whom he assumed he was talking about. "Prince Thor is indisposed at the moment with highly important matters. If you'll direct your attention this way, I'll be happy to provide entertainment for you."

The AI turned on the TV for Vanrad, putting on a program that'd draw him into it. He then explained briefly how the remote worked and allowed him to get used to working the technology. Tony had access to hundreds of channels and apps, so there was an endless amount for him to watch and look through. Hopefully it'd keep him entertained for a while.

Thor was getting out of breath he couldn't remember liking this feeling at all. He was through with the towel his body. "Help.. me "Thor pleaded as he returned back to Loki the words of safety and conviction within though words were all he needed to hear from Loki. " It was his first time in heat in a few years even though he should probably go through it naturally well, it was just as well that Loki was hear to experience it.

The amount of doubt and protests were becoming irritating though. Hadn't those been his prerogative? Thor was used to being in control, not being in control scared him. not many things did either loosing his brother, his mate, or the fact that he had no idea what was going to happen. The more Loki touched him the more he wanted it, nothing in the world mattered. All of his stresses of becoming king, the stresses of being an omega strangely enough in this sanctuary of trust Thor didn't mind so much that Loki was in control. He allowed Loki to see absoulutely everything.
